it was a rainy £Y in February when I visited Jo & Cass and I was given a warm welcome and made very comfortable. As well as getting the haircut I wanted, Lou was pleasant and friendly, working efficiently but never rushing. I’ll happily return.

I always enjoy my visit to see Nicola in the Salon. My hair feels and looks so much better after the trim I had yesterday. Sometimes we underestimate the benefits of decent hairdresser on us mentally, we come out of the salon looking just that little bit better and that makes us feel good. Thank you, Nicola xx

I had a great experience at Jo & Cass in Kendal! Amy was great, very good and experienced, attentive professional. I could not get an appointment with my usual hairdresser and decided to go to Jo & Cass. I was not disappointed at all! Amy listened to me very carefully about my usual hairstyle and then discussed with me every step of the cut. Her work turned out to be just perfect, exactly what I wanted and she also did something special for my curls styling too. I will come back to Amy for another haircut. Thank you!
