Steph accommodated my request to be in quieter upper salon as I’m shielding and didn’t want to be in crowded room . Steph knows exactly what I’m looking for in terms of cut and makes the whole experience stress less and relaxing .

it was a rainy £Y in February when I visited Jo & Cass and I was given a warm welcome and made very comfortable. As well as getting the haircut I wanted, Lou was pleasant and friendly, working efficiently but never rushing. I’ll happily return.
