Today we returned to the salon to have my daughter’s tinsel removed from her hair. This was free of charge which was much appreciated. All staff in the salon were very friendly and made my 8 year old daughter feel very safe and comfortable.
Sarah gave her a dry trim. She engaged beautifully with my daughter who was nervous about getting her long hair chopped! She felt listened to and came away so happy and is happy to go back. This is music to my ears!

Not once but twice my daughter has had her hair coloured in your salon. This time it was ridiculous for a salon to be so funky. My daughter has problems with her mental health, she's 16 so we had a consultation first. We booked her in and being a big girl she wanted to go by herself. She came home with one side of her hair shorter than the other we had picked a colour previously and her hair was definitely Nothing like it. So Alex came home not a happy bunny Ohh I forgot she was supposed to have a blonde fringe guess what ! It wàs ginger. So out £120 and she will need a redo obviously can't get it done too soon as it's been dyed and her formal is in February

Booked both my daughter and I in for a cut and blow dry with Lyndsey. Happy is an understatement. Exactly like the photo my daughter had shown her and my hair is curly and haven't had it cut so well in years.
