Abi had a lovely faded out red to be dealing with 🙈, we had a consultation/strand test and she told me what was going to be achievable but still in line with what I wanted. She listened to what I asked for and gave me a better cut and colour than I was expecting! (I thought it would be really dark to cover the red but with a few well placed hilights it lifted the look of the colour so much!) Absolutely over the moon with it and have had so many compliments already.

Helpful and excited for appointment
Today i took my grandson to hair & Co for his 1st perm, and to say we are delighted is an understatement! He arrived feeling a mix of anxiety and excitement, but Lynsey (the stylist( was absolutely amazing with him and had him relaxed in no time.
She was so patient, understanding, and kept him smiling and laughing throughout even when he was having a bit of a moan about the strong smell of the perming lotion and the slight stinging on his scalp. Her kindness and sense of humour really made all the difference. She offered him a hot chocolate, and I was warmly welcomed with a tea/coffee on arrival, which was such a lovely touch.
The end result is fantastic he is completely in love with his new hair, and it has boosted his confidence tenfold! He also couldn’t stop commenting on how clean and tidy the salon was, especially compared to the barbers he’s used to where there’s often hair all over the floor.
