Helpful and excited for appointment
Today i took my grandson to hair & Co for his 1st perm, and to say we are delighted is an understatement! He arrived feeling a mix of anxiety and excitement, but Lynsey (the stylist( was absolutely amazing with him and had him relaxed in no time.
She was so patient, understanding, and kept him smiling and laughing throughout even when he was having a bit of a moan about the strong smell of the perming lotion and the slight stinging on his scalp. Her kindness and sense of humour really made all the difference. She offered him a hot chocolate, and I was warmly welcomed with a tea/coffee on arrival, which was such a lovely touch.
The end result is fantastic he is completely in love with his new hair, and it has boosted his confidence tenfold! He also couldn’t stop commenting on how clean and tidy the salon was, especially compared to the barbers he’s used to where there’s often hair all over the floor.

Took my grandson in for a “quick tidy-up,” and honestly, it turned into a full VIP experience at least in his eyes! The moment we walked in, Lindsay asked if he would like a hot chocolate, Which instantly made him feel like Royalty. I’m fairly certain he’s now expecting this level of service everywhere we go!
He’s currently on a mission to grow his hair long enough for a perm (yes, really watch this space), but in the meantime it had reached the peak of “wild explorer” status 😂 The team worked their magic, taming the chaos while still keeping his hair a long enough length for his furture hair ambitions!
He came out looking 100 times more presentable, and about 200 times more pleased with himself! Mostly Thanks to the hot chocolate off course (Cadbury’s too, no cheap stuff here, i may add) but we’ll give some credit to the haircut too. Lovely Staff, Great atmosphere, and apparently Excellent beverages (if you’re under 10!) His first experience at the hairdressers (hes a barbers boy normally 😂 ) & wants to know how if us “women” always get treated at the “Spa” this way? 🤔 we’ll definitely be back for his perm & the hot chocolate off course 😂

Got a grey blend done with lynsey. Was very nervous with how it would turn out. Lynsey talked me through the whole process. The atmosphere in the salon is fantastic. All staff are so lovely. Needless to say I'm absolutely loving my colour. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
