Saskia herself and the Paula etc were brilliant with the kids, although there was one girl who was very rude and sharp with my 2 girls who were excited to get their braids and jumping/dancing about, they are 6&3, really darkened are visit tbh. She could have went about it in a nicer kinder way.
Hi there Aaron here salon manager I appreciate the feedback and sorry to here that this has affected your time with us. but when it comes to health and safety I have them under strict rules that kids must stay on seats with various things go on in the salon accidents can happen. It was never the attention of our staff to make any one feel bad in any way but we have a duty of care for staff and customers alike.

Kelly was lovely during my appointment. But when we got home I noticed she tied my daughters hair up with an elastic band which got all tangled in her hair when I was trying to remove it. This meant I had to use force to pull it out upsetting my daughter.
I also wish her hair was dried before we left the salon as when I got home I had to do this.

Everyone in the salon was so lovely and friendly including the receptionist and the girl who washed my hair. Kelly was great at talking me through all my options and cut my hair perfectly! I was nervous about getting my cut cut since it's been so long and it was in bad shape, but Kelly was so amazing and understanding, and ensured my hair kept its length while cutting it. She also gave me some great hair styling tips as well. I would highly recommend this salon!!
