Been a few times and always walked away very happy but today I had to go with a different stylist and I was very let down by the outcome. The girl that done my hair was so so lovely and very friendly. Although I was taken straight to the sink no mini consultation, I wasn’t asked what way I would like my hair cut, wasn’t thinned even though I had mentioned I needed my extremely thick hair thinned and I wasn’t asked if I wanted my hair curled or straight. So as my thick hair was just straightened it was just frizz and had no shape whatsoever. I could have cried leaving and was so disappointed especially after the great experiences I’ve had before in this salon. Junior or senior stylist for the price I was expecting more

Sarah is an excellent stylist, I always leave the salon feeling amazing.
Firstly, I’d made a mistake booking online and hadn’t booked my colour. Aimee sorted this for me in a few mins, so u could have my full appt. Lovely salon, great staff. Lindsay has everyone trained so well it doesn’t matter who you see. Aimee did a great job with my cut and finish
My young daughter had her first proper haircut today and was very nervous. She is autistic and finds anything to do with hair very challenging. Amy made her feel so relaxed and showed such care for her. We are very appreciative and will be back.

Recently had my hair done. Lovely Salon and the girl who did my hair was extremely friendly. Having said that when I left and got into the car I had noticed sooooo many of my greys were not dyed and I’ve had people commenting on them,not really what I expected after paying £110, disappointed
With Rebecca every 4 weeks and always a lovely experience. Everyone so friendly and Rebecca is an excellent beautician.

I booked in with a junior stylist for a cut and blow dry and am really pleased with the result. The stylist got support from a more senior stylist to check the cut at the end, and I am very happy with the outcome! Really lovely salon
