Me and my daughter came in for a hair day, we had Sarah who explained and was great. Unfortunately the water when washing the colour off was cold, on both mine and my daughter’s hair. Disappointing with the hairs being £120&£160
Staff said it was fine, but it absolutely wasn’t. Sarah apologised.
Our hair were done great, but unfortunately due to the facilities I won’t be back. I came several months back and there was heated towels and my hair was left uncovered after the wash so it was very cold salon itself was quite cold also, so I didn’t enjoy my experience and won’t be returning.
She done a brillaint job really love my hair cut she was really talktive and asked what way i wanted my hair i loved how she was showing the other staff member how to do she knows how to work x
I first came into the salon for a consultation with hopes of having my roots done. The team advised that my hair was in poor condition from my previous salon treatment (another salon, not Hair & Co) and advised me to wait a few months and focus on improving the condition with some good protein treatment and some Olaplex. Three months later and I’ve been in to get my roots done! Totally worth the wait because I’ve gone in today and Abi has done a fantastic job, lifting my roots and protecting the condition of my hair so I now have beautiful hair which is healthy and in much better condition because of their approach. they could’ve just done the bleach when I first went in, but then I would’ve probably lost a lot of hair through breakage so I’m really grateful that they gave me this advice and we waited. Thank you so much to Abi for a fantastic job. I’m so happy with my hair.

Mmm I feel like I didn’t get full grey coverage and my face is quite heavy on the dye which meant I was embarrassed walking about. I couldn’t really tell in the salon until I took a closer look.

Hi, I’m sorry to be writing this however I had to spend a further £30 at another hair dresser to even out my hair. There was about an inch difference in the length at both sides. Lovely girl but I don’t know how she got it so wrong. I have long hair do it was a straight forward cut and blow dry.
