Third visit for my daughter , the staff talk to her, she has fallen in love with getting her hair cut 💇‍♀️

Wanted a chop after my daughter’s wedding & Lynsey delivered! My appt was 8.15 am, Paula knew I was wrecked after wedding & Christmas so offered me a later appt when it became available!! The most thoughtful staff ever! Delighted with my new hair! Can’t recommend Hair & Co highly enough!

Had a lovely relaxing morning in with Abi. Felt completely pampered. Really took her time to consult and discuss best options for my colour! Really pleased with the final cut and colour. Both are perfect. Thank you so much. I’ll def be booking in with Abi again.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Warm welcome upon arrival, latte given. Glenn was kind and gentle, methodical in working through my hair. It was my first haircut in 3 years so their was alot of long hair, but I left with a beautiful layered bob. I was very happy with the service, thank you everyone at Hair and Co ☺️

I had a very disappointing experience using hair and co for the first time. Before my appointment I had called in to book and pay a deposit. This deposit was £40 and I was advised that on the day I would be paying £85 after the appointment which I have in writing.

On the day I arrived and the stylist started doing my hair. Throughout the appointment more clients arrived and the stylist had to split her time between myself and other clients. Eventually, having to call other workers in the hairdressers to come and help her with my hair.

When my appointment was finished I went to pay my agreed remaining £85 and this is when I was advised it would now be £108 even though I had written proof of the agreed £85. The reason for this was due to an extra product used in my hair, which I was not advised on, asked if I would like this product used or agreed to use this and pay the extra money. I had no choice but to pay the extra rate I was given.

When I left the hairdressers I also realised that my hair was cut to two different lengths and this was visibly noticeable. The colour we had agreed on was also not the same and there was no communication throughout the process about the difference. I had asked for balayage which would be my natural brown colour with blonde throughout however the top of my hair was a ginger/copper colour. If the colour process I had asked for could not be reached I feel I should have had communication on this, instead I feel like the stylist just hoped I wouldn’t notice it was different. I can only put all this down to the fact the hair stylist was trying to do more than one client and eventually there was two different people working on my hair.

I am very disappointed in the service I received and the lack of communication throughout my appointment. I would not recommend this salon to anyone else and will not be returning.

Absolutely 1st class service and welcome on my first visit to Hair and Co! We received, (had my little Granddaughter with me) a lovely warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It started with a very informative and indepth colour consultation then...
I had the most relaxing hair wash, masque with warm towel and massaging chair experience.
Sarah knows colours so so well, she is friendly and warm and very easy to chat to!
I am beyond delighted with the results and cannot wait till January.

I got my hair dyed pink, and Colbi was absolutely brilliant as usual. She was quick, very knowledgeable in what she was doing, and so much fun to talk to. 10/10, will always recommend ♡

My daughter came home from Australia for Christmas. Her sisters wedding ( my other daughter) is at the weekend. Glen did a lovely cut style and colour for us both.

Saskia did a great job with my hair today, no idea how she managed to wash then dry then brush my hair with the silicone beads with tinsel on in my hair, hairdresser's must have superpowers!!

A fabulous salon. Wonderful welcome, luxurious massage chairs, abi did an absolutely fabulous job cutting and styling my hair. She was very careful to find out exactly what I wanted.

Lynsey is amazing, she has so much time for her clients and from you walk in to be greeted by Aaron to leaving, the service is truly brilliant. Always walk out feeling really good

Great experience, Saskia is easy to work with.

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. I went in with straw like dry hair with grown out roots and wanted to go a red colour. Colin listened helped me choose and was brilliant from start to finish. The coffee and biscuit was amazing and the chair to get ur hair washed was the best. Loved the sign to say close your eyes. I never know what is the correct thing to do at this part. All in all brilliant time and really quick. Will be back from now on. Colbi was fab.
