Carensa was very professional and friendly and explained all my options as I had never had my nails done before. She patiently tended my nails and finished them off with a superb French polish. I'm very pleased and will be back again.

Emma my usual hair dresser has had a beautiful baby boy. So always a nervous time to have a full restyle. I did have an idea from the 60's 70's a Purdie hair cut and with a modern twist to bring it up to date LOREN agreed that it would suit me. A nervous time but Loren put me at ease and what a great success. I was and still am delighted with the cut and Loren seemed to know just how to update it to suit me. After having a shocking cut elsewhere I popped in to see if Heather at Aruba could help me out... She'd performed miracles in the past so was confident!!! I am SO glad I did!!! Not only has she managed to straighten out my butchered hair and add a lovely colour but the whole experience was as always fun, friendly and professional... I use Aruba regularly, in Bodmin and Wadebridge, but owning a local business in Wadebridge myself, I now use this salon. I've always received the very best service, always being made to feel comfortable and completely looked after. The threading and wax treatment is always exactly how I wanted it, I suffer with a bad back and my therapist always lowers the bed for me and adjusts the head rest so I can be comfortable. I've used this salon for over a year and have had a few different therapists but all have been of the highest standards. Thank you Aruba for a much needed confidence boost once again :-)

Today Haley coloured my hair, then Heather cut and blow dried it. Both girls are very friendly and help you to relax and enjoy the salon experience. I had full head foils (3 colours) which I am pleased with. The cut is good. My hair is naturally fine and I like to have a full head look. Unfortunately I usually leave the salon with a blast dried look. I would prefer sectioned drying. I will specifically asked next time.

Great colour and friendly stylist but was a little disappointed with the finished style, wasn't exactly what I asked for, bit rushed and didn't get the usual head massage with the wash.

I popped into the salon in the off chance that I may be seen for a quick gel nails removal and repolish. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely go back if I lived locally.

My local Aruba branch is in Wadebridge. I've been going there since it opened, and to the Bodmin salon before that. The reason? Apart from my fabulous stylist, Hayley, who has cut and coloured my hair for 10 years,the pleasure of visiting an Aruba salon also incorporates stylish surroundings, great service from the salon staff, and a wide range of beauty services and goods...I've recently discovered the joys of Bare Minerals makeup and Elemis products for special treats.
I've had pedicures and eyebrow threading...all great, and under one roof. What's not to like?

Initially I booked for a pedicure but at the last minute asked if they could fit me in for an eyebrow wax and shape, was lucky they had time. Great experience with Karensa who managed to make my eyebrows look great even though they're not good brows to work on. The pedicure was so very relaxing and my toe nails polished beautifully. I also asked Karensa to advise me on a product I'd not used before, Bare Essentials Complexion Rescue, and she matched me with a colour I'm finding just right. I'll be back to visit them again soon.

Had an excellent manicure from Katensa. Very prompt and friendly. Will definitely book again.

Had a hair cut by Aruba today, and I am absolutely thrilled!Not only was the lady who cut my hair a lovely stylist, she was so easy to talk to and I felt that the conversation we had never dulled. I also had a stylist called Heather come and chat to me about extensions and I felt so confident in what she told me that I will now be going back to have them done!

Absolutely brilliant Lauren gave great advice about hair colour and great service. Masie was also great both of them did my hair and made a lovely job. Thank you ladies and I will see you again soon. Jacquie x

Staff are always very welcoming and attentive. I was offered a drink by at least 3 different people! The salon is always clean and tidy with a relaxing atmosphere. As always the service from Kerensa was 5*. Nails are perfect as always and her manner is friendly. Having my nails done is always a pleasure.

Emma always does exactly what I want....she never disappoints.... even if she is a bit under the weather she is still smiley and chatty and does a good job. She has been doing my hair for a few years now and I am more than happy....

I arrived for my cut and blow dry, went through and discussed what i wanted and then went for my hair wash, i had a hair treatment which was massaged in, so relaxing i could have nodded off. Was asked if i wanted a drink then i settled for my cut. Usually i come out of hairdressers with something not quite right but Hayley did my perfect hair cut and so so relaxing. Would i go back again, in a heartbeat, well, till Thursday when i am going for highlights. 10 OUT OF 10. Many thanks Hayley.

On holiday in Wadebrige & was desperately needing my roots painting. Aruba fitted me in with an appointment on the same day and were very polite & helpful. Colour match was perfect. Shame I don't live nearer!

Very friendly hairdresser who checked pics to ensure we were looking at the same style of cut. Was not offered a drink despite girls standing at reception doing nothing. Happy with the cut.

Ike looked after me today in my first visit to Aruba. I was welcomed nicely by a lady on reception and waited only a short time for Ike to take me to the chair. I cannot fault the salon, the staff or the hair styling and will definitely return. Ike is lovely, and an excellent stylist. Thank you.

The treatment I had on Saturday 18th of June was one of te best facials I have ever had . It made all the difference that such a nice and professional person (kirenza) carried out I felt so relaxed whist I was there

I come to Aruba regularly to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Amber and she does an amazing job every time, I trust her fully to do a good job! She's chatty and friendly and all in all its a great experience with her and I love the overall results.

As always Heather was her usual friendly and professional self. I have been going to see Heather since she was training and have never been disappointed. In fact I would recommend her to anyone and have done.Well done Aruba Blue. Thankyou.

Decided to trim my own hair, to say the least I made a mess of it. Called in on the off chance & got in straight away. The girls were fantastic & so is my hair ????

Today I brought my teenage daughter in for a treat for both of us. She has wanted her second ear piercing done for ages. We were met by Amber who was professional, knowledgeable and polite throughout. We were both more than satisfied with her- both in her treatment of us both and also the job that she did was very good. She was a delight.

I was then told to wait for my haircut, as I have never had my hair cut at Aruba I wasn't fussy as to who would be doing it. I just needed a trim. I waited for 20 minutes and then was met by a woman who failed to introduce herself and said something like, "Are you here for a haircut, I guess that'd be me." I went over to a chair and expected but was never given an apology for her being late. (Not a huge deal but it would've been nice). She put the apron on me and then asked me if I wanted my hair washed, I explained that I had washed my hair earlier because I had dyed it. She then almost giggled to herself saying that she could tell- she said that

Aruba is always a relaxing experience for me. Your made to feel welcome the minute you walk through the door and always well looked after. All of the staff are friendly and so experienced, I always feel content that my stylist knows what I've asked for and I always leave feeling happy and extremely happy with my hair. It is an amazing salon and I would certainly never feel the need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend them in every aspect. I never leave anything but 100% happy, the cut and colour I have are always done to the highest standard. Couldn't ask more from a salon experience.

The girls are always lovely, pleasant, polite but chatty, they have a joke with you but stay professional and discreet. They remember you outside of work too. My hair always looks great when I come out - they do a very good cut. People often ask me where I go because it stays nicely in shape for many weeks.

Karenza ( hope that's a reasonably close spelling and apologies if way off!) is very good at what she does . I have facials , nails and massage oh and eyelash/ brow tints . Never feels rushed lovely personality very warm and friendly just wish the salon had either the new Elemis face wrinkle machine or the Casi face lifting one. I did a course in London and it's fantastic and I can't find a salon near me that does it and if I did I wouldn't be terribly happy about going elsewhere. I think you build up a trust relationship with your beautician , she knows you warts and all and just how many people do you want to share with!!!!! So come on Aruba get with us " women of a certain age" who want to fight to keep looking out best without going under the knife. Lynn Finch
