I popped in on the off-chance, having had a couple of abysmal cuts elsewhere. I had a fabulous cut by Heather - best cut I've had for ages. She was very professional and friendly and certainly knew exactly what she was doing. I didn't feel at all rushed despite the fact that I was squeezed in before her next appointment. Salon felt warm and welcoming and I'll definitely be going back.

These are very nice people and I got a great cut when I needed my hair rescuing last week. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with the service I received. Friendly chatty staff, offered refreshments regularly and recommended products for my type of hair. Just went in for cut and blowdry and Amy did a wonderful job. Trimmed and styled my hair lovely and it looked and felt amazing afterwards.

Had my hair trimmed ready for restyle when it grown a bit. Very happy with result

I normally have Adam from your Bodmin Branch cut my hair and does an awesome job every time.
I was in the area so made an appointment in Wadebridge, I received a reminder by text which is a helpful service. The salon was exactly as I come to expec, great decor and generally a professional feel. I had a lovely coffee and the young lady was very friendly. I received another awesome cut..... keep up the great work.

Never been to Aruba before, saw a fb post about hair cuts and the money going to charity so thought I’d give them a try seeing as I’d not had my hair cut for about 12 - 18months!
So glad I did, excellent service and lovely people! So pleased with my new hair (went from long to shoulder length). I’ll definitely be back!!

I had some terrible haircuts elsewhere and in desperation phoned a couple of salons and managed to get an appointment for the next day- I didn't expect much other than getting my hair out of my face, but I had a lovely hairdresser called Lauren who was completely unfazed by the mess before her! She got stuck in and gave me a lovely haircut which has just got better as the weeks have gone on and is so easy to look after. Very, very pleased.

Prompt service with a smile, managed to save me after a dodgy cut elsewhere.

First time going into a hair salon without my parents and I felt so comfortable, everyone was welcoming and would definitely go back again!

I visited the salon yesterday for the very first time. From the second I stepped through the door I had a warm welcome.
Lauren has a very ease rapport and I felt comfortable and very impressed with the whole experience.
I love how my hair colour from the high lights and the cut. Thank you would certainly recommend

Great service, first time i've been here and wanted to change my hair a little. I had the ombré look done but they made it look natural instead of block look! definitely be going back!

Last time my hair was cut I had to get it done again within 2 days..... after that trauma I finally tried out Aruba, great cut, friendly staff and a massive relief to find somewhere reliable and local after recently moving to the area.

Not good - stylist "sulky" / just didn't seem to have "expertise" - was attending wedding local to Wadebridge - re-did my hair myself !!!

I recently moved to Wadebridge from Leeds and was rather anxious about finding a new hairdresser to cut and colour my hair, who I could trust.
Maisie was fantastic, great hair cut & roots done, I will be back soon I am sure

The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly, the salon has a very nice atmosphere, so I will definitely be going there from now on as I came away very pleased with my nails and hair

I just wanted a small haircut with nothing else and there was absolutely no pressure to have a style, but products etc. She was great very happy

Very friendly staff. Accommodated myself and my daughter for cut and blows whilst on holiday. Felt very welcome. Salon very clean. Didn't feel uncomfortable considering not been before. Would recommend and if didn't live in Manchester would go regularly

Just had my lash extensions done by Heather. She was so patient and so lovely. Compliments all round. Gorgeous lashes!! Whoopee!!!!!

All excellent except came out with toe nails not dry enough which spoilt it all as big toes smudged and looked a mess. However will go back for them to redo.

Lovely experience would recommend the salon 100% staff are lovely and amazingly talented at what they do chatted to me about what I'd like and how I'd like it made sure I was happy absolutely fab very talented staff and very happy with my hair now

Very disappointed with the manicure and pedicure.
On arrival I was told by the member of staff on the desk and the beautician that I was booked in for a 'double manicure' to which I correctedthem stating I wanted a manicure and pedicure.
The beautician was very friendly and welcoming however, my nails bubbled within 10 mins of leaving Aruba, the bubbles led to easy chipping and peeling.
The toes weren't dry when I left and smudged within minutes.
This was a rare treat to celebrate the end of a stressful course and to prepare for two events. I have had to remove the nail varnish and re-paint the nails myself.
A complete waste of time and money.

I was really pleased with result and thought staff were lovely.

Had my nails done - shape and polish.
Just getting in the door was tricky. I was carrying bags. Three girls stood by the counter and watched me struggle. That should have been a sign to turn around and walk out. Nail polishes were gloopy. Had to change colour half way through. Technician was lovely, but very nervous. Left salon with very wet nails, which scuffed very easily. Very expensive experience esp as charged a 'directors' rate!!!!
I would rate 0 for value and quality but the review software won't let me!!!

My first visit to the Aruba group, I didn't have a appointment just poped in as it looked a nice and friendly studio to ask if they could give me a trim etc , the young lady i spoke to was very helpful, and was able to give me an immediate appointment. Offered a cold drink which was really pleasant on such a hot Saturday afternoon. Very pleased with the cut and the conversation I had with the stylist, nice atmosphere and excellent salon, thank you. After visiting 4 different salons to cut my hair a certain way ( which I never received ) I thought I'd try aruba, I was booked in with hayley, she styled my hair exactly how I explained... it was nice that she actually took the time during the consultation to listen, she exceeded what I was expecting... I love it and will be re booking for my colour!

Met by friendly therapist, totally engaged with good communication skills. Good atmosphere, she was happy to chat about holidays and make recommendations about local places to eat, while she didn't rush me in choosing a nail colour and was very pleasant and efficient throughout my visit. I will definitely come back. ????

I was happy to get an appointment for the same day, I was a little nervous to use a salon which I hadn't used before but I was happy with the service I received & I felt at ease with Lauren (my stylist)

If your hair doesn't feel right neither do you. I came ourt tossing my head feeling a million dollars. The first shop I went into remarked how lovely my hair looked. It's continued to fall naturally and has been easy to keep. I'll be back. Thank you Hayley. Carrie

Absolutely brilliant very professional. The salon itself is very professional and luxurious looking. Lauren took the time to complete a thorough consultation before doing Anything to my hair and even got the opinion of her manager before starting. Great communication skills and the end result was just what I was looking for couldn't be happier!!!
