Lovely salon treat as ever. Ruby is a delightful member of NV and I always enjoy my time with her. She does a great head massage too!! Many thanks everyone there.

These wonderful bunch, always know how to make you feel special when you come to the salon. Ellie, is gentle and listens intently to what you want, politely offering great suggestions for your colour. Jaz, does a wonderful cut and as for that head massage...oh my! I'd go back just for that. Thank you both, you continue to make my experience fab-u-lous! x

Laura took the time to talk about my hair and what my preferences were, explaining what she thought would work and asking for my view. The cut is stylish and manageable and she gave me some waves at the end which gave me some extra bounce. Thanks!

I’ve been to Ellie several times since discovering NV hairdressing Salon and every time she has not only coloured my hair amazingly but been professional and caring. Ellie listens to me and really takes on board what I want from my experience with her at NV. She gives sound advice and is full of useful information about the products she uses. Today when I saw Nikki I wasn’t sure if I was having a Bob trim or a total restyle. The restyle won. I haven’t had short hair for about 30 years and I really love it. I feel rejuvenated. The care and accuracy Nikki took was second to none. I took in a picture and left with exactly that style. Thank you Nikki x

I have never dyed my hair before and I had the best experience ever! Ellie asked me if I was happy after every step of the process and the consultation was very in depth so I knew it would turn out exactly how I wanted it ! I’m very happy with my hair & the overall experience :)

The first time I met Lauren today and was very pleased as she was lovely. She took time with consultation and discussed an appropriate style/cut. I was very pleased with the result and look forward to seeing her again in November.

It was really kind of Nikki and Kaelie to add a bit more to the foils I'd had a few days ago to even them out a little, I am very grateful. It looks fabulous! The service, care and attention to detail for any treatment given at NV is incredible and very professional. It seems such a happy environment to work in and all the staff are so pleasant and friendly. Really am grateful for your skill and expertise, thank you!

Booked in with Leah for a full head of foils. I have extremely thick hair and lots of it, which takes lots of patience, which Leah had. The whole experience was enjoyable from the welcoming to the styling. The end result was “fabulous”, so pleased and will recommend to everyone. Thank you Leah

Once again an amazing consultation where I felt both listened to and well advised. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, but I wasn't that sure, and ended up with exactly what I didn't know I wanted. Basically it was perfect. The wash and cut was really good. Everyone was lovely and I was also offered drinks and a cake. Overall just amazing, like last time!!! I would definitely recommend it :)

NV is a very welcoming and friendly salon. As soon as I walked in I was offered a drink and a biscuit by Casey, who then gave me an amazing head massage. Ruby was amazing today, she is a perfectionist. She made sure that I was happy with every step of the way. I am super happy with my hair that I have booked with Ruby again, and I can't wait!

I rang on the offchance and without much hope for an appointment late Friday afternoon. I did get an appointment with a young graduate Leah within the hour as she was prepared to stay late to accomodate me. Such a lovely friendly salon overlooking the sea. Leah was very attentive. She took her time to ensure I was happy with the layering and length. As I was going to a wedding the next day she suggested a wave through my finished cut with product to hold it until the event. My hair is very reluctant to curl but I was very happy indeed with what she did. However, sorry to say Leah the next morning I was back to straight hair. Big bonus was that it still had a lot of body and bounce and felt good for the day. Many thanks to you Leah.
