My appointment was amazing! Just moved to falmouth for university and I was so nervous to find a new salon, but everything from the welcome and consultation to leaving the salon was a 5 Star experience. Ellie made sure to find solutions for my hair type, and give me just the cut I wanted. I felt so welcomed and everything about my time in the salon was fab! Would definitely recommend Ellie and the other girls any day! Can’t wait to come back.

Laura took so much care and attention over my colour and cut . I’m really pleased with everything. All the team at NV are really friendly and the salon has a lovely atmosphere to it.

Such a lovely experience as ever. Jaz worked so hard and made my hair look fab. She managed to get my dream red colour. Whilst the crazy blue wasn't as expected (though still lovely), she's going above and beyond to see how we can alter it to be the dream blue which I really appreciate. Would highly recommend Jaz for all your crazy colour hair goals.

What a fantastic service.
Ellie is so knowledgeable, she took her time
to explain every step of my colour choices and treatments explaining what would work with my hair and why.
She was friendly chatty and relaxed throughout. I feel very pampered.
The salon is a lovely environment busy and bustling but not too noisy and a delicious selection of drinks on offer. The Baileys Hot Chocolate was a treat.

Really pleased with my new hair style. Laura asked lots of questions, listened to my wants and looked at pictures I had to show her before getting started. It was my first time visiting a stylist for a very long time and I'm really glad I did. All the team members I spoke to were welcoming and friendly. The head massage was amazing, I Ioved it (apologies, I can't remember the girls name to mention her). I look forward to my next appointment 🙂

Leah transformed my hair with beautiful hi & lo lights and helped me to decide on the hair cut. My once tired and dated style and colour was brought to life and my hair looked amazing. So so happy and I felt a million dollars when I left the salon. Such friendly professional staff that all make your visit to the salon very special. Very pleased with my haircut. This was my first visit to the salon and everyone was very welcoming. What a perfect location too, overlooking falmouth harbour. Very relaxing. Loved the attention Laura showed to my hair and to finding out what I wanted. Hopefully I've found a new hairdresser.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Kaelie and Ruby as my stylists. I went in to have hair extensions fitted as part of a training day. Both girls worked on my hair, and you wouldn’t have believed they were both training; they did a fantastic job and were both so lovely and friendly. I am completely in love with my hair and am so thankful to them both and the whole team at NV for the experience!

I always feel like I have been completely pampered after a vist to NV hairdressers. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Leah does my colour and Nicki cuts and styles my hair. The results are always perfect and I leave feeling that I have had a really enjoyable visit.
