Lovely young lady, very professional. Lots of discussion about what i would like and her advice was excellent. Felt very pampered and will definitely come back. Shes a credit to your team.

Amazing staff!! Ruby was great attentive thorough and listened to what I wanted. Her supporting manager was also lovely and really took time to explain and advise. Ruby did an amazing job and her skills were great giving me exactly the cut I wanted. She was really professional with her hair washing and cutting skills. She has a lovely manner and made me feel very at ease and relaxed right from the start even offering a glass of Pimms which was very nice. 1st class service and salon would highly recommend.

My first time at NV and I was immediately made to feel comfortable here. Straight away I trusted Jaz to do an amazing job with my hair, which she did! She was super knowledgeable and helped me make a decision about a cut and colour. Lovely staff in a lovely location - can’t recommend enough.

A lovely warm welcome from the receptionist, Greeted by Ruby, she went through what I had done on my last visit and asked if I had any problems or issues with my hair, very professional and took time to listen to me, Ruby made a lovely cup of tea!! My hair was cut and styled with understanding of my wishes and with great professional care. Thank you Ruby, I’m very happy with the end result.

Lovely service and brilliant result. Jaz is amazing, she told me all the products she used (but not in a pushy way) and they worked to give my hair the much needed love it needs. Very happy with the final result and would highly recommend to anybody.

Leah was absolutely amazing. Talked me through everything she doing and completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Nikki is also very obviously a great trainer as she had so much time to help her staff and always with a smile. A real treat, thank you both xx

It was my first time at NV hairdressing today and it won't be my last. Ellie took her time talking through how best to look after my hair and styles that would work for me. She listened to what I wanted and worked hard to achieve it. I absolutely love the results and couldn't be happier! Thank you for a wonderful haircut!! My first visit, I loved it and will definitely be back. Jaz was friendly and welcoming from the get go, and after a consultation (style change for me) she talked through the products she would use on my hair. I then had a shampoo and head massage followed by a very thorough cut. The time flew! I felt very well taken care of and heard in terms of what I was looking for. The cafetiere coffee on top was a bonus. Will definitely be back.

I came in with a hair emergency (bleached hair)! The team were so lovely and understanding and they completely transformed my hair when I thought there was no fixing it. The graduate stylist working on my hair was so friendly and the whole team made me feel very welcome! Would definitely recommend this salon!

Nikki always does a fab job, I love how she does exactly what you ask for as well. Its value for money as all the little extras make it really special. Amazing attention to detail and she doesn't rush and makes sure it’s perfect. All the stylists are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble and its such a positive, happy atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon.

It’s the first time Georgia has cut my hair and she did a very good job - I’m very happy with it. Referring back to photographs of previous cuts really helps to get what you want.

I am so impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and professional the team at NV hair are. Ellie was so welcoming and confident that I was instantly at ease that I was in the hands of a pro. Not only did Ellie take great care in advising me on my hair colour and style for my appointment but also showed genuine interest in my future hair care plans and educating me on all the best options for my hair type. I have always had the same tone of blonde highlights which can be hard to match coming into a new salon and Ellie beautifully achieved my perfect colour, even though this was my first appointment with her. She even made some wonderful suggestions for extra accents around my face and to reduce the harsh lines of any root growth. The cut and style was divine and Ellie checked in at all points about length, layers and finish to make sure I was happy with what she was creating. I left feeling like a shiny new version of myself and desperate to show off my new hair.

Kaelie was great today talked through my colour ensuring that she understood what I wanted to achieve. Was super friendly, chatty and the head massage given was one of the most relaxing I have had. The final finish was an amazing colour that I love, felt amazing when I left the salon, so really recommend.

I feel in such good hands with Georgia! She is super warm and makes you feel at ease straight away. Whenever I’m being indecisive about a hair cut we always discuss and come to a resolution that I feel totally confident about. NV is also such a nice place to get your hair cut (you can see the sea from the windows!) . It is a very calming space with lots of friendly faces.
