I have been very pleased with both my recent visits to Shine at Nine. The first time when I had no time pressures I got a great haircut that endless people complimented me on -although the real compliment goes to Tammy the hairdresser! And for today's visit, I realised at short notice that I was on a tight schedule so the salon and Tammy were flexible and accommodating in getting my cut done in time so I could get to where I needed to be next on time. Lovely pleasant friendly atmosphere and service.

Lovely to catch up with Kath and as always a fab cut and blow dry. Wishing Kath and the whole team a very happy Christmas, see you in the new year. Would highly recommend.

Freya was really lovely and did a great job on my hair that really needed sorting. Have booked for my daughters next haircut too.

Annie took the weight out with her thinning scissors, didn't mind me asking her to keep going until it felt nice and light, and left longer bits at the side of my face that I can put up at the back to make it look piled up, or keep down to make my face look longer. Annie did the job straight away, and it is just what I wanted and I feel so much better all thanks to her and all the team at Shine for helping do it so nicely.

So pleased with my hair. I have thick, long bleached hair and Becky was so patient, helpful and has achieved wonderful results. She was so friendly, as were the other two staff members in that day. Have already booked in to return. Thank you so much

Always a real treat to come to Shine, from the friendly faces when you walk in, the relaxing back massage whilst having you hair washed, and then the great care and attention Tammy takes with my hair. Always leave feeling very pleased.

Booked with Annie for a cut. She was friendly but very professional. She did a lovely cut and my hair feels much better. Loved the massage chair - my shoulders really benefited from it while I had my hair washed. I have booked to return for some foil highlights soon.
