Shine At Nine

As always an excellent experience, from arrival, having my hair washed, and an excellent cut and blow dry. As always Kath discussed with me what l would like done. Kath has been cutting my hair for many years and l always love the results. Thank you Kath.

Hi there , I had an experience which was competent but I felt when meeting a consultant for the first time the consultation should happen before the hair wash . Subsequently there were lots of questions in the cutting phase which would have been eliminated had the consultant seen me before the speedy hair wash

I had my first balayage today and I am delighted with the colour.
I had been growing out highlights and had contrasting blocks of colour as a result.
Freya discussed ideas with me and the result is brilliant: nicely blended, natural colour. Thank you to Freya and to the lovely girl who washed and blow dried my hair - I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she did a fantastic job.
It was an all round great experience.

As always , Fraya did an amazing job to my hair. Shine is always welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

I am always very pleased with my cut and colour at the salon but tried a keratin treatment this time as I was off on holiday and was dreading trying to Tame the usual frizz in heat and humidity. Fantastic! Took all the stress out of coping with my hair on holiday. Even after sea swimming and pool swimming it dried straight in the sunshine. I will be keeping this treatment up! Lovely staff and comfortable salon.

Charlotte coloured my hair and she was very attentive she went through all the colours and asked what I liked she explained everything she was doing and then she cut it and dried the top. I will be going back to her again.

Tammy listened carefully to what I wanted to boost my colour. I was very pleased with the result. I will come again!!
