Kathleen the stylist cut my hair while I was on holiday in Bude . I asked for a style and Kathleen cut it just to how I wanted it .. she was lovely and genuine excellent stylist she knew what she was doing .. I recommend her 100%

A lovely experience, as I hadn't had my hair cut in ages, and the massage chair was a nice surprise when I was getting my hair washed, very relaxing, very pleased with the cut and blow, it looks so much healthier now.

I went in with damaged hair for a wet cut with Annie. I love my hair - the damaged ends are gone and exactly the style I was after. Annie really knows her stuff and taught me about the source of the damage to the ends of my hair.

Annie is absolutely amazing, made my hair look and feel incredible. Thank you!

I had a full re style today and I was that pleased with it I had happy tears in my eye. Tammy is an incredible stylist and always know exactly what will suit me. She also cuts my Mum’s hair and she’s just amazing.

While having my highlights and cut today, it was so relaxing, lovely cup of herbal tea, really friendly environment, lovely massage chair while having my hair washed. The stylists get the colour just right and I walked out of the salon feeling very pleased with my new cut and the blow dry, with some curls, finished it off beautifully. Very satisfied everytime.

The salon is really relaxed with people who are skilled and experienced. I go in with dull hair and come out feeling shinny. The salon name is apt.

I was running late and rang to let them know I was stuck in traffic. They very kindly managed to fit me in. Annie is lovely and did a beautiful job cutting my hair and it looked lovely when she had finished. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time at shine, and it wont be my last. The lovely Freya did exactly what I asked for. I felt my time in the salon was the perfect time out of my busy work schedule. All the team were lovely, regular offers of drinks throughout my treatment time. Thankyou all.

Amazing treatment, as soon as you walk through the door. Hair wash was lush and so relaxing, thank you. Had my haircut and doesn’t get better than that. It has taken me over 10 years to find such an amazing hairstylist, that can cut my hair. My last decent stylist I had to travel to London to receive the same type of service and professionalism that you receive here at Shine. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation or rating. Thank you a feel amazing again!

Unfortunately Iam disappointed with my hair cut this time. I am usually happy with cuts and colour at Shine but it has been cut far too short ( I asked for a tidy up which this is not) and it is uneven too. I felt the hair cut was rushed too. I thought it would be better once i had done it myself this morning but unfortunately it’s no better. I’m sorry but will not be returning.

I went with my daughter to have our hair done . We we both delighted with the lovely welcome, helpful advice , thoughtfulness in making us comfortable , totally professional service and results . .have booked our next appointment already ! Thankyou

I visited Shine for the first time to have my hair cut for the first time in a little over a year. Freya was so lovely and offered great advice about my particular hair type and methods to keep it looking and feeling healthy. Lovely service!
