I love visiting Felicity Kates all the therapist are very warm and welcoming. The cleanliness of the salon and staff practices are of a high standard. Sadie has perfect attention to detail and cannot fault her Manicures and Pedicures.

I absolutely love having my nails done here. The girls are so professional and the nails last a long time !! Only one thing is that I chose a kind of raspberry pink shade and after 2 days the colour turned to brown , now orange ? So weird !! If anyone can pm me on fb or WhatsApp I will send u a pic !! Other than that 1st class x

Last week I had my first facial of 2020! It was so lovely I booked a pedicure for this week. Both treatments were lovely, the therapists were extremely professional I felt relaxed in a very COVID free zone!

The salon is spotlessly clean and adheres throughly to all COVID protocols. Sadie delivers a lovely and warm service and I was thrilled with all of my treatments. I can’t wait to return.

As usual Mia shaped my nails beautifully and then added a lovely red sparkly gel - am now ready for Christmas!

First time ever to visit - booked last minute-was able to get an appointment for 7:00 am, in the current situation and just before Christmas, was welcomed warmly and found all the team to be very friendly.

My own eyelashes are really fine & invisible without mascara. Sadie gave me an amazing set of thick, natural looking eyelashes extensions. A lovely, relaxing experience & I’m really pleased with the results.

I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and I travel 45 mins to get here, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s friendly and have a great selection of treatments to choose from

Went in to get my brows done, mentioned I needed my nails doing so booked them as well. Honestly the best place in Bude for any beauty treatment. Made me feel comfortable as every stylist has a separate room from which to work so I didn’t have to sit near strangers.

1st time having lash extensions today , made to feel very welcome and got what I asked for natural lashes , lovely beauty salon

I regularly have Brow tint and shape from. The girls at Felicity Kates, they are all so friendly yet professional. Measures are in place to ensure the salon is covid safe and I felt as ease having my treatment done. I've had treatments with both Amy & Felicity so far and have always been pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend this salon.
