My hair is a work in progress having lost its way through lockdown. Recently moved into the area, I read the Head office reviews and booked myself in for a full head of hi-lights and trim, as advised by Leah. 2nd time at the salon and booked in for a 3rd. I won’t be going anywhere else. Leah is superb, very professional and has worked her magic. Thank you

Heather and the amazing team at the salon are extremely friendly and well organised. They treat everyone with the utmost of respect and kindness. Went today for the 3rd time to Head Office! I really feel that Heather is highly skilled in what she does! I’ve had curls after losing my hair to chemo but now my hair is beginning to straighten out again. I feel Heather understands my hair and how to move forward with it now it’s changing! Won’t go anywhere else now!!

Abi is amazing doing my hair, it’s always perfect just as I want it when I leave. She’s so approachable and genuine with it and that’s a skill not everyone can show consistently!
All the staff give a genuine greeting and really look after you and make you feel welcome. Ive been going there for about 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They’re hard to beat! ??

I love visiting the salon. It’s been a good 9 months since my last colour as I’ve been growing my hair out after a drastic chop. Abi always listens and suggests what’s best for me. I wanted something low maintenance as I’m having a baby and she always delivers the best cut and colour leaving me feeling my best ahead of baby arriving in a few weeks. There’s always a friendly welcome and plenty of drinks and a relaxing environment. Thank you again!

When I went for my consultation I was so anxious, mainly because I thought I would feel judged by the state of my hair, I was so wrong. Tori immediately made me feel better, she knew how it was making me feel and did all she could to make me feel more confident and when I look in the mirror today I feel confident. The whole experience was outstanding and I will now be a customer for life

I arrived for my appointment with Abi this morning, fed up with my dry brittle hair (due to medication) every girl knows that our hair is our crown so if it’s not feeling good then we don’t feel good. All I can say is WOW! Abi’s knowledge and expertise was just what my hair needed. I had the most amazing treatment that left my hair incredibly conditioned, Abi created a hair plan moving forward and I have the utmost trust in her judgement. Head Office has the best professional stylists, Vicky has created a luxurious salon that makes you want to spend all day every day there. I have been coming to Head Office for many years now - I have been married for 24 years and after my haircut my hubbie said “best hair cut YET” then 3 different people said how well cut my hair was! Cannot recommend enough! Staff are just so WONDERFUL!!! My sanctuary coming here! 5 star treatment as always Thankyou!

1st time at Head Office & from the minute I walked in I knew I’d made a Good choice the receptionist was lovely & made me feel very welcome as did my stylist Abi, I also loved how well the team got on, such a lovely relaxed atmosphere & let’s not forget the coffee caramel latte with biscuits Perfect, honestly couldn’t fault the place ??????

I had my first balayage done today by Leah. She took good care of my hair and explained every step. Everyone’s welcoming and warm. Would recommend as it is worth going to experts.

Leah is absolutely brilliant. She is a very talented hair stylist and not only cuts and blowdries beautifully when i visit, she also understands my hair type and how I treat my own hair between visits, and makes it easier for me to style my own hair by the way she has cut it and the tips she gives to look after my hair. She also gives good advice on what may suit my hair with colours, length and cut. And I do trust her advice. I'm glad she is back cutting hair as she is great! Thanks.

Vicky is amazing! So talented in what she does! Vicky is by far the most amazing hairdresser that I’ve ever experienced! Vicky is such a lovely person too. Abi has given me brilliant advice, gave me a beautiful cut and finish during a first appointment and an amazing colour and finish in a second appointment. My daughter had her first ever hair cut and donated it to the little princess trust. Leah was fabulous with her, and gave her a beautiful hair cut as well as preparing the cut hair to be sent away. From the minute you walk into Head Office you are met with such friendly girls, they are always smiling, friendly and go above and beyond to make your appointment perfect. The Salon is luxurious and modern with all the right decor to ensure your visit is a calm and relaxing experience..The salon uses the best products and you do feel absolutely spoilt! I love the way the products are displayed throughout the salon, everything is easily accessible to have a look at, and if I’m unsure the girls always explain how the products work, and what would work for me. My hair products that I use at home have completely changed since I’ve been going to Head Office, I now understand what my hair needs and what works best for me. Today Abi worked her magic with my hair, I was a little fed up and wanted a change of colour, wow.. Abi instantly talked about what would look good and gave amazing advice, From the minute she started my hair she looked after me, explaining everything, giving tips and advice, she has such amazing knowledge and talks you through the process, nothing was too much trouble, I left the salon feeling a million dollars! All the girls at Head Office go above and beyond to make sure your ‘Head Office experience’ is perfect. They have incredible knowledge and explain everything they need to do as well as offering an expert eye on what would suit you. My hair went through a’damaged’ stage due to medication, I received treatments and was literally looked after by Head Office all the way through and now I can honestly see my hair becoming stronger and healthy. Victoria the Owner is incredible, the whole of her team have so much respect for her and it shows, Head Office is such a happy place and ticks all the boxes. It’s the only place I would recommend.

Great service as always! I was booked in with Abi but ended up having a lovely young lady do my hair (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) I was a little nervous , but she did a fab job. This salon cannot be beaten. X

This has been my first visit to Salon and I was not disappointed! Lovely warm welcome and beautiful surroundings. My consultation was unrushed and Abi gave me some great advice on how to look after my hair. I will certainly visit again- Abi is going to do my colours and I'm really looking forward to it!

I’ve been coming to head office for almost a year now and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and have been since day one. I’ve never felt so comfortable anywhere before. My hair journey has been amazing and continues to be. Even on the busiest of days, the stylist still takes their time and never rushes, no matter what you always have their full attention. I really can’t rate headoffice and the team highly enough.
