Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your haircut.
Having reviewed your appointment, we can see that you were originally booked for a cut and finish (which includes washing your hair), however you refused to have your hair washed or styled on arrival and requested the cut to be carried out on dry hair instead.

Our salon policy is not to carry out dry cuts for this exact reason, as it can make it much more difficult to achieve the desired result.

Whilst our stylist did her best to accommodate your request and removed the wash & blow dry charge from your bill, we should have adhered to our policy rather than making an exception, and that's something we've addressed with our team to prevent similar situations in the future.

That said, we're disappointed to hear that you're unhappy with the outcome. We've tried calling you to discuss your concerns directly and see if there's anything we can do to help but have been unable to get through.

When we became aware of your concerns, we contacted you directly and offered a complimentary blow dry so that we could put things right. Unfortunately, we understand that travelling back to the salon wasn't practical for you.

Our bouncy blow dry expert team members are Liberty and Nellie - we will review our service menu to make this clear for future clients and should you be in the area again we will gladly book you in with one of them for a complimentary bouncy blowdry.
