Another fab colour from Brittany.. I wanted to go blonder for the Summer! She coloured it beautifully and I am so pleased. She really listens to what you want and is lovely.

I have never felt so welcome as I did today! My original appointment had to be cancelled due to illness but they were so accommodating and squeezed me in for full head foils/b.d

After a couple of bad experiences at other hairdressers, this was amazing. At the consultation I was put at ease straight away, I felt confident I was being listened to and Heather was obviously very knowledgeable. Heather was also very friendly and did a fantastic job. I love my new hair.

It comes to something when you have random women (in Cardiff) come up to you asking who has coloured your hair, what colour was used and what I asked for! Abi is an artist in her own right. I would not go anywhere else. I fully trust in her expertise and advice. I always leave loving my hair. I am forever receiving compliments on my hair. All the girls are top and the Salon is so chilled, friendly and accommodating.

I hadn't been to Head Office for about a year because I moved out of Wrexham to Crewe, but I hadn't found a new go-to salon. My blonde was growing out, so my partner took me back to Wrexham to get my hair done for my birthday. There's always such a friendly vibe as soon as you step through the door. I felt so comfortable and got chatting to Heather straight away, so my appointment went really quickly, and my hair looks absolutely beautiful! It's exactly the way I wanted it. Can't thank you guys enough, Heather especially :)

Have been coming to Head Office for a few years now and I love it .Abi always cuts my hair exactly how I want it the staff customer service is 100% everybody is so welcoming & polite.

My first visit today and I am so pleased with the result. I haven't had my hair done for over 2yrs due to health reasons so was quite nervous - no need whatsoever! From the consultation last week, through to the service today, the whole thing was faultless. Professionalism Personified.

After battling breast cancer the last two years, losing all my hair and got it to an in between stage.
It was still getting me down and was at the low stage.
A consultation with this amazing team and 2 long but worth it appointments with Tori, the transformation is unbelievable!

Been coming here for about 2 years (could never figure out how to leave a review!) I won’t go anywhere else, Heather knows exactly how I like my hair-from the very beginning when it hadn’t long grown back after having chemo to now when it’s changed and the post-chemo curls dropped out!
Visiting here is like popping in to see friends…and they make the best hot chocolate!

My hair is much thinner at the front so Tori strategically added some beautiful quality extensions to fill the sides out! Absolutely perfect and amazing colour match! Great customer service

Lovely and friendly salon, Heather was brilliant, really understood what I was looking for and knew exactly what would suit my hair best.

As always, a fabulous cut and style. I have fine hair, so a good cut, for me, is essential; Heather has never disappointed. I can dry it into a style it easily after washing it. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

My first visit to the salon today and first experience of hair extensions, I'm very pleased with the end result and can't thank Tori enough for her professionalism and how she went into explanation of the whole process, I will definitely return, amazing team, professional and go above and beyond to make your pamper enjoyable thank you so much.

This was my first visit. Heather did an amazing job correcting my colour which had faded to a horrible reddish tone with grey roots too. Heather listened carefully to what I wanted and gave suggestions as what was possible. I came out with a marvellous swishy glossy cut and colour which was way better than imagined possible from what I had. Highly recommend this salon.

Sorry, I'm terrible with names. Absolutely fabulous visit though. Long needed cut and finally someone who cut it exactly as I wanted it. My daughter was really impressed with hers too. Very happy all round and look forward to our next visit.
