I visited Head Office today for the first time. The advice I was given from Brittany & Abbie about the best way of achieving my desired colour was perfect and I am so happy with the result from my first visit. They made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away, and can't wait to return soon to continue my hair journey with them.

Once again, brilliant hair, Brilliant Millie, Brilliant service.

You won’t regret visiting this salon. It feels like visiting a friend with a perfect hair style to top off your day.

Britt always does the best job on my hair, I’ve had my hair done by all the girls previously but Britt has been doing it recently and she’s always amazing, I love my hair as blonde as possible and I always have a pink mask on the sides for a pop of colour, she always does it right ! she gets it as blonde as possible with the correct advice for aftercare and products to use, I had my holiday hair done recently and the colour was perfect throughout my whole holiday, and of course I had tons of compliments as per usual ! love Britt and the way she takes on my mop of hair? wouldn’t trust anyone else to master it the way HeadOffice always does! thanks girls xx

Absolutely gutted. Booked an appointment ages ago for 6pm as I’m flying out on holiday tomorrow morning. I have been busy all day getting things done for my holiday and I had an other appointment booked for 8.30pm. Plenty of time for a regrowth, cut and blow dry. I still had the colour on my head at 19.40. The hairdresser was too busy chatting away to her friend to bother with my appointment. I had to leave with wet hair tied up and no cut. She cheekily said to me your appointment is until 8pm and I responded well you’re not going to cut it and blow dry it in 10 mins now are you? She replied well no I’m not. £45 lighter in my pocket for a root colour that is too dark and doesn’t match my hair colour and not styled or cut. I’d have been better off attempting it myself with a £10 box colour.

The amazing Abi has worked her magic today.. I’ve had a complete colour change and Great Lengths Hair extensions. I am so so happy.. Abi explains every detail of what she is doing, which leaves me with complete confidence. Abi knows exactly what looks good and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Abi.

I went in wanting a fridge but was very nervous as I’ve never had a style put in my hair but Brittany made me feel so comfortable and she has done such an amazing job with my hair I truly adore it and I feel so confident! Leah was absolutely fabulous she talked me through every step . Due to a bad experience with my previous hairdresser I was really dubious . I didn’t need to worry as due to the professionalism and expertise shown by Leah my colour is no longer yellow . I am now so happy with the blonde shade. better than its ever been . The whole experience from Head Office is worth every penny . I have already booked my next appointment with Leah and can’t thank her enough for her help today . Book in at head office and you will never go anywhere else

I was well looked after by Brittany who was lovely, she explained everything and advised me on what colour to have for my balayage. I Was made to feel welcome. brilliant hairdressers to go to and I will be returning.
