Loved my first visit to the salon, friendly, welcoming and efficient! Had ombré cut and finish with a treatment and loved my first ever curly blow! Will defo go back!

It was my first time having my hair made over. I was listened to when I explained what I wanted and made comfortable . love my new look ! . Higher price than your would averagely pay but the over all service and quality result is well worth it.

We are new to Head Office and so far everything has been simply wonderful! Rachel did my hair extensions and they're brilliant ! Then my vet fussy 17 year old daughter wanted her hair coloured! Rachel did a fabulous job and my daughter is very happy. Rachel really listens and is highly skilled. The staff are all very friendly and the atmosphere very pleasant ! Head Office provide great customer service with their friendly staff, lovely environment and quality hair cuts. The whole experience is excellent.

I have been to many different hair salons which include Tony and Guy, Andrew Collinge and many other expensive salons in Wrexham/Chester but this one is the best by far. It is very reasonably priced and well worth the money. I have never had a bad cut/colour at this salon and would recommend it to everyone.

I had been searching for a decent hairdressers since arriving back home from 15 years living overseas. Head office are fantastic. They've got it just right. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in that make you feel special whether it's your first time or 10th time! Beautiful ambience, and exceptional standard of hairdressing. Would recommend time and time again A++++++

I am always made very welcome and at home at Head Office. All the ladies are all so lovely and I am always extremely pleased with my hair. Abi has done my hair a few times now and her colouring, cutting and blow drying techniques are AMAZING and would never go anywhere else.

I visited Head Office this afternoon where Leah looked after me.
The salon itself is very welcoming and has a lovely feel. The lady on reception made me a cup of coffee and remembered me from when I booked my appointment five days previously.
Leah asked me what I expected of my visit and we discussed my options and her opinion. We decided to have balayage colouring with a style.
I have had a fabulous experience with Leah today and would not hesitate to recommend Leah and Head Office to anyone. Thank you!

LOVE this hair studio ! Really enjoy the whole experience with the girls and the great welcome too . Today Rachel treated me to a fabulous colour and gave me a superb blow dry and out some curls in too ! We had a top class consultation over my own specific needs for my new Great Lengths hair extensions too ! Looking forward to going back on Thursday for Rachel to make me gorgeous again !!

The girls at Head Office are always so welcoming and the service they offer really is way ahead of their nearest competitors. You definitely get what you pay for & I think it's worth paying that bit extra to make sure you have great results! Abi always makes my hair look amazing!

I have been to the salon twice now after Having my natural or other brown tones in my hair. Both times I have received outstanding service from Leah and such a warm welcome from the ladies in the salon!
I was so pleased with the blonde colours put into my hair on both occasions! The condition of my hair has greatly improved following advice and treatments to use!
