Love this place , my hair is in such good condition after visiting head office, everyone there put you at ease and it’s the added little extras that add the glamour to the whole experience

Today was my first time visiting head office and I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly the staff are. I had been at my previous salon for 15 years so it was quite daunting to try somewhere new. Millie really understood what I had asked for and styled my hair beautifully. I am so pleased with my new layers. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to come back in two weeks for an up do!

I needed a consultation to see what could be done with my hair (awful condition from bleach and mullet like style).

I saw Rachel and we talked through the condition it was currently in, my goals for what I’d like it to look like and then how she thought we’d achieve that. She was friendly, listened and asked for feedback.

I felt she engaged with me and am really happy with the plan we have in place.

Both Rachel and the lovely lady at reception at the time helped to accommodate my booking in time for an upcoming wedding I’ll be attending.

Im really looking forward to going back.

Jess is a lovely a person very chatty and down to earth good conversationalist whilst also ensuring you are fully relaxed. We are on the same wave length where style and looks are concerned also and she is very professional and in my opinion brings a lot to the table given her stylist experience in Australia

Love, love, love my hair. Millie always gives me a full professional consultation before she starts my hair even though I’ve been with her over 18 months to check I don’t want a change. Today she highlighted my roots and finished with a trim and curly blow dry. Ruby the new apprentice gave me a firm shampoo when taking the colour off,I truly feel pampered & refreshed after my visit.

Millie's more of a magician than Harry Potter, I always leave the Salon feeling like a million dollars. Great experience all the staff treat you like an old friend!!
