I visited Head Office today and everyone was lovely however I didn't feel blown away by the whole experience. Considering this salon is on the more expensive side I was expecting something special. I can't quite put my finger on why I felt deflated after, but there just wasn't much enthusiasm about the colour/cut I was given or what I wanted, which is the least you expect when spending £100 on your hair. I've made another appointment but I will probably call to cancel soon. Sorry just how I feel.

Rachel knew exactly how to achieve the colour and style I wanted. I love going here for my hair done all the staff there are so lovely and I’m incredibly happy with the results. I was also made to feel very safe knowing that the salon was adhering to Covid regs.

Amazing experience as always I felt completely safe with no issues COVID related. Rach has done an amazing job on my blonde hair & I can’t thank her enough for the aftercare advice on Olaplex my hair is stronger & has shine since my previous visit.

I’ve had the pleasure of Vicky being my therapist for a few years now. Vicky is an amazing talent! She works wonders on my hair and is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does! Vicky and the team at Head Office are by far the best salon/therapists around - and over the years I’ve used a huge range of salons/therapists to compare. At every appointment I’m ecstatic about my colour, cut, blow dry and Great Lengths extensions applications. Not only does Vicky have the amazing skills to create wonders with my hair, but Vicky and the team are also so warm and welcoming. I class Vicky and the team as friends! The salon is beautiful, set in a quaint building with beautiful decor! I’ll always be a loyal client! Would never go anywhere else!

I've aways got so nervous and self-conscious going to the hairdressers in the past. But, I never feel like that going to Headoffice. The girls are always so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. It always feels like a real treat and a catch up with friends. Even in Covid times, I still felt relaxed, safe and pampered.xx

Between Heather and Leah who looked after my hair, all the team members were positive and professional in the way they operated and delivered in these challenging times. All members acknowledge all clients regardless of whether they are working on them. I completely despise having my hair done at the best of times, which can’t be nice for the stylists, yet each time I am put at ease and leave with hair exactly as I envisaged. Covid safety rules were faultless, aiding the ease being my first visit since lockdown. Products used are divine, especially the treatment post wash!

Rachel is amazing at what she does. Went for a big change and i love it. Thank you!
