I’ve had Millie, Abi and Ruby now undertake my appointments at Head Office. I’m FUSSY. I think in the last 15 years I’ve moved salons 15 times due to either being unsatisfied with my hair, the snootiness of the staff or pricing. I came to Head Office about a year ago after being recommended by a friend. I will never go anywhere else again you WILL NOT FIND a nicer team or better service. Always a friendly welcome, a slick booking service (I rarely remember to call and book and end up messaging via Facebook and always get a pronto response) and a genuinely lovely bunch of ladies it’s always a pleasure to see. I’m always thrilled with my hair because they really listen to what you want to achieve. This is a bloody excellent salon.

After over a year in ‘Lockdown’ it was so good to get my hair cut properly and highlights (to blend and tone down the natural grey ones that were trying to take over!). Many thanks to Millie who has amazing skills and talents colouring and improving hair - and the rest of the team too. Really pleased with the result. Highly recommend Head Office.

Today was my first visit with Heather she was lovely & great to talk to but most importantly she did an amazing job with my hair. My hair is very thick & Heather has cut it beautifully, I am so pleased & will be booking in with her for future visits.

Was really apprehensive changing hairdresser (my long time friend and hairdresser has been poorly). Had heard loads of really positive experiences so tried it. I first had Vicky ... was fabulous, then been back twice (yes short hair !) and then Milly. Have been really impressed with the cut colour and styling ... atmosphere is excellent (Tori u are a fabulous “front” lady always smiling and I have never without a delish beverage when I have been there ... your coffee is delightful ☺️). Never rushed and always always good conversation ... I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’m extremely picky and not easily pleased

Ruby was brilliant, she made myself comfortable when I was there and she was professional at all times. I am extremely happy with my hair colour, she is very talented.

Although I regularly have Abi, I love all the girls at the Salon and I would happily have any of the girls sort my hair, I am always made to feel welcome and at home, and I really look forward to my visits.
My daughter loves it too and she thinks the girls are really friendly and fab. Love love love you all xxx

Rach has been doing my hair for years now and knows how fussy I am. Her attention to detail and her perfection on colour is amazing.
The salon and all the girls are beyond welcoming.. its a little haven of luxury and I love my visits. The skills of the girls in the salon are by far the best in town. You can’t go wrong giving them a go.
