Leonie understands the challenges with naturally curly hair plus how every woman , no matter their age wants to look their best . She listens to your input and is sensitive to your opinion. We all need to feel special and I did , after my appointment;I was delighted when close friends commented on how lovely my hair looks .

I brought my teenage son to Halo today for his haircut. He is Autistic and was particularly sensitive today. Dee was so calm and caring with him. Highly recommend.

Overall I was disappointed with my appointment. I had arranged for a root retouch and she kindly booked me in for 4pm and confirmed she wouldn't have time to blow dry but sure another stylist could.
I was handed over to someone else who despite me saying I had a sensitive scalp was particularly rough when washing. They then dried my hair and was attentive if not overly making the appointment the best part of 3 hours. I didn't leave feeling I had enjoyed the experience.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience at our salon. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We always strive to provide our clients with the best service possible, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.
We apologise for the mix-up with your appointment but it was explained that it would be another member of staff blow drying after the colour, sorry about the sensitivity of your scalp during the wash however we have to rub the the scalp with a certain amount of pressure to remove the colour. We will make sure to address this with staff and see if we can find a way of making it gentler whilst still making sure all colour is removed.

As always, it was lovely to chat to Poppy whilst she did my hair, I have such confidence in Poppy’s skills, she’s the only hairdresser I’ve ever had where I don’t feel anxious whilst my hair is being coloured.
