Overall I was disappointed with my appointment. I had arranged for a root retouch and she kindly booked me in for 4pm and confirmed she wouldn't have time to blow dry but sure another stylist could.

I was handed over to someone else who despite me saying I had a sensitive scalp was particularly rough when washing. They then dried my hair and was attentive if not overly making the appointment the best part of 3 hours. I didn't leave feeling I had enjoyed the experience.

As always, it was lovely to chat to Poppy whilst she did my hair, I have such confidence in Poppy’s skills, she’s the only hairdresser I’ve ever had where I don’t feel anxious whilst my hair is being coloured.

I have had all treatments and cut and blow dries from Lowri for a number of years. It is testament in itself that I have been very happy with the professionalism, and the ambiance of the salon.

Poppy treated my hair with a toner to blend my greying roots into my blond colour. It looks amazing and my hair feels so much better.

A wonderful experience with a calm, welcoming vibe. Feels special and the attention to detail is second to none! Leonie has been advising me since I grew out my hair colour and embraced my greys. Nothing is too much trouble and her staff are fabulous. Highly recommend a visit!

Came in for a big change, going from dark to light!
Poppy talked me through what she was going to do and what technique she was going to use. We discussed possibly results and as always I was over the moon with my results. Returning client! Dropped into Halo to have a restyle from Poppy - a fairly dramatic four inches or so from my extremely long hair. She made me feel comfortable as always, and safe to take this step of having a big chop. I’ve always had really long hair and now it’s much more manageable and light and the PERFECT length, because she knows what she’s doing with a pair of scissors! Definitely be returning soon, another fab visit to Halo 😇
