This salon wins hands down to any other salon I’ve been to. The staff are amazing, always friendly and nothing is to much for them. Chris is an excellent stylist and always gives me a great cut and colour. I love the special touches they do to make you feel welcome and special, from the personalised message on the mirror to the sweets I’ve had while having my hair done. I took my daughter for a blow dry on her birthday and she had a lovely experience. The bubbles and cup cake went down a treat. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to Ellen, Chris and all the other amazing staff who make this salon so special.

I went here as I needed a complete change of hairdressers. I looked online and liked Ryan’s hair cuts so booked with him. On the day I was treated like a queen. The lovely Lorraine massaged my hands and cleaned my jewellery and touched up my nails while I had my hair tinted. She gave me beauty advice and made me feel special. Ryan worked wonders on my hair conditioning it cutting and styling it and the end result was amazing. I absolutely loved it. He did better than I asked for and gave me what I wanted because he listened and we chose colours together and made decisions that would suit me.
Afterwards I had my eyebrows done by Lorraine and I couldn’t believe the difference. They look so good and so much better. I just had them tinted and waxed but what a difference.
I was offered endless cups of tea and pampered the whole day I was there. So if you want to feel special it’s the right place to go
It was expensive and more than I expected because I didn’t realise you pay for a cut on top of the colour. But I got £30 back as a new first time customer online deal so that made the bill a bit better. But since I’ve had my hair and brows done every single person I know has complimented me and noticed I’ve had my hair done. I feel a million dollars and made the right decision to change hair dressers. So save up and treat yourself get pampered and feel amazing because it’s worth it ????

A visit to Ellen Conlin is cosistently special. Its like walking into a log fired room on a cold Winter's day. The warmth of all the Staff and their professionalism is a reflection of a special cuture enabled by the leadership of Ellen and Ken. This is more than just a hair appointment ,it is two hours of positive energy and feeling truly welcome and that applies to everyone in the Salon. I spend large parts of the year in Dubai but stepping in to EC is part of coming home and that is a reflection of special people who are commited to customer satisfaction.

I had my gel nails done and I am delighted with them! The salon is lovely, I was greeted by Ken at the desk straight away. I highly recommend Lorraine to anyone wanting a fabulous experience! Infact I am going back every 2 weeks. Thank you Lorraine!

After a consultation I had my hair extensions fitted. I am so pleased with the result, Chris, in my opinion, is a magician. He gave me the hair I have always wanted. All I can say is thank you so much, very happy.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the salon. Chloe waa lovely and kept me informed of what she was doing throughout. Only negative is the price however I guess the service and attention to detail makes it worth it. Best hair colour I have had in a long time. Will definately be back.

Lorraine is great! Very professional and knows her stuff. She does wonderful facials that always leave my skin feeling perfect.

This was the second time that Ryan has done my hair since I moved through to Glasgow and I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier. It’s stressful trying to find a hairdresser you like and trust. Ryan has an air of very understated control which puts you at ease instantly. He’s very professional and polite and really listened to what I wanted. However...... the outcome was even better than I’d described. I think he used about 4 or 5 different methods of colouring my hair, in about 3 or 4 different stages! I felt like practically every hair on my head had been individually treated. And the outcome was amazing. I couldn’t believe it when one of the girls showed me a photo from the back - I would pick that photo to take to my hairdresser as inspiration! I really love my hair. And it’s not easy hair to work with; it’s fine, tuggy and I have a lot of it. None of this seemed to phase Ryan one bit. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

I attend the salon every 5 weeks for a Caci treatment with a Joel Lift. I am given a warm welcome as soon as I enter. Lorraine Graham the beauty therapist designs the treatment to suit my needs (which is to make my 53 year old face more like a 43 year old face). She has an easy going manner and a good sense of humour. Lorraine adds in peels and/or face masks into the treatment. She also gives me advice on what product to use to help keep my skin looking healthy. I have also been encouraged to get my eyelashes tinted and lifted and my eyebrows shaped ane tinted. I always feel good when I leave the salon and rush to look in the mirror when I get home.

This was my first time to the salon. I was booked in for a wax. Isabela was very friendly and chatty throughout the whole appointment. She was also very thorough when waxing to ensure that no hair was left. I’ve already booked for my next appointment.

I went to the salon for the first time on Friday and have never received such a warm welcome from a salon before. All the staff were so kind and helpful. I had a lovely back and shoulders massage from Isabela and then a haircut with Anthony. Both staff were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning myself!

I've been to salons in all cities and Ryan at Ellen Conlin is my favourite. He's really talented, knows what looks good, really shows an interest in you and your do and is an experienced hairdresser. I would recommend him and Ellen Conlin.
