Have intended to give this salon a try for years but never got around to it as I don't live locally. Got a last minute appointment yesterday as I was in the area and really pleased I did now. Ryan turned my straw-like mess into soft, gorgeous hair that I love. Will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends.

First class advice and treatment for skin problems. 4 weeks of treatment with Dermalux and Elizabeth Arden Pro products has quite simply worked miracles, my skin has never looked or felt better. Lorraine is fabulous and has superb product knowledge. I am committed to this as my ongoing skin care and can't recommend it highly enough.

New to the area I decided to try ECH after reading reviews online. Got fantastic first time offer of cut and style for £35. The staff were all very open and friendly. I had good consultation with stylist before getting a lovely new hairdo that took years off me! Highly recommend you give it a try.

Been using this salon for years mainly for facials with Irene. She's fab, very professional and highly experienced. All staff at reception are always very welcoming and overall the salon has a lovely ethos.

Tired, footsore and in need of some tlc, I dropped in without an appointment and was delighted to be able to have an Advanced Luxury Pedicure. The staff were really happy to fit me in and my treatment was divine...exactly what I needed!

I got my eyebrows tinted and threaded by Irene Young! They are perfect - so pleased! A wonderful experience worth reviewing.

2nd visit in as many months, this time to get highlights, courtesy of Erin who is very professional. The salon is welcoming and relaxed but obviously strives to maintain high standards. I have been impressed with the treatment to my hair which I think was reflected by its condition, not necessarily perhaps of my own expectation! I would certainly recommend.

I have been going here for 6 months and I am always happy with my cut/colour and my extensions are AMAZING.... Nikki is a perfectionist and I can say that the colour and extensions are they best I have had! The staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable.

I visit once a week for a blow dry.
Nicky is brilliant. It is always a really lovely experience. Xx

Visited here a couple of weeks ago and will not be back. It was ridiculously expensive for the 40 minute service I received. I don't mind paying a high price for high quality but I had visited with my friend, and the member of staff cutting my hair made remarks that the other stylist wasn't quick enough, as she had finished before him. This made us both feel very unwelcome. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and the end product was average at best. I would recommend that you go somewhere else.

My first visit here found the salon online and not disappointed with my cut.
Loved the beer too. Will be back.
