Hi Jennifer. Obviously, we are very disappointed and somewhat surprised to read your thoughts on your service. There was no indication during your time in the salon that suggested you were unhappy with your hair and had that been the case, we would most certainly have addressed this at the time.
Chloe offered her advice during the consultation to ensure that you had what you wanted. I have discussed your comments with Chloe and Ryan who was also involved in your initial consultation, and when you chose your colour, you were advised that it would look like “Fire truck Red” and would not be flattering for your skin tone, so an alternative was suggested and agreed by you.
We have stunning before and after photographs of your colour and it certainly does not look like a clown, however we are more than happy to address your concerns to ensure you have a look that you are happy with.
In respect of our stylists, we believe that all our staff are of the highest quality and it is always good to get a different slant on a style from different creative minds.
