As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

I hadn't managed to visit the salon for over 2 years. Walked in today and it felt like home. Austin is superb and when he had finished I felt a million times better than I did when I walked in. I can highly recommend Austin especially for short hair.

Such a welcoming smile from Liz, Receptionist. So professional but makes you feel so welcome. I came to Toni & Guy nine months ago when I was so fed up with my hair. Liz was the first person I met and although she was on the phone she acknowledged me with a smile and a nod. She never seems to stop she is certainly a team player to her colleagues. She takes time to talk to clients about their families and what they are doing. Edinburgh is a lovely salon and the people who work there. I learnt today that Liz is moving on to a new position. You have certainly lost a great ambassador for your salon and your name. I wish Liz all the best in her new adventure and only sorry that you could not have kept her on your team. Her new employer have certainly gained a very talented Receptionist.

Had a great experience being a model for the trainees today. Great set up for the trainees, very professional set up and great to give the trainees live salon experience. Good haircut but station was not clean

The hair stylist tried her best and was skilled in giving a good haircut. However the cleanliness of the salon left much to be desired. There was hair left on the chair, table and gown from the previous person(s). I have been to a few Toni and guy salons around the world and was quite disappointed at the cleanliness for this salon. All the other salons that I have been too never have hair left over from the previous client(s).
