Great salon. All very attentive staff. Girl who coloured hair was so lovely as was girl cutting. Book for daughter to have hair cut that afternoon - Clive was amazing and daughter loved the new experience of the hair wash at salon!!
Went from darkest brown/ black to light brown highlighted hair. Fab job the lassie done. Fringe was cut a wee bit to short but other than that defo be back in 9-10 weeks to be done again everyone loves it. High five to staff who put up with my 2 wee girls running mental in the salon I was cracking up don't know how u held it together ?

Mack cut my hair for the first time ... precisely what I asked for and she has such a friendly nature. Have made appointment again for these two ladies. Been going to Shapes for years and at some point had all the staff attending my tresses and all first class. Clive, the owner, only has the top stylists and colourists. Always a warm welcome. Tracy does my colour and I am always delighted and she ensures my hair is kept in tip top condition. My hair never looks dried out after colouring. Mack cut my hair today for the first time ... perfectly cut to what my requirements were. Been going to Shapes for years and Clive, the owner, only has top stylists and colourists. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
Mack cut my daughter and my own hair for the first time today and we both left very happy. She is a first class stylist as well as being very friendly. As a regular customer, I wouldn't go anywhere else for the following reasons.
A) I am visually impaired and staff are so mindful but not patronising
B) staff friendly and welcomin
C) I have a few stylists who work with me and each one does a great job with my hair
D)there is a loyalty scheme and pensioner's discount

Having never dyed my hair before I was a but nervous and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and worked on my hair until it came out as just the light green I wanted! I have dark hair naturally so I'm sure this was not a simple task. Great experience.
I have very long hair and in the past it's been hard to find a someone who will cut it nicely. Every time I've been to Shapes I love it. Everyone there is nice and friendly, the ambience is good and the prices are reasonable. Ive loved every haircut I've had there. I highly recommend it!

Jade has been cutting my hair for a while now and is fantastic. I hate the prescriptive cuts and Jade has a great ability to listen and do exactly what I want.

5 stars every single time. I've been getting my hair done there since 2004. They are all lovely, friendly and so very good at what they do.
I've had some bad salon experiences but this place takes the cake. I haven't been scraped by a scissors since childhood. The stylist was confused by my previous cut and how it was done. She didn't get the concept of removing weight or layers. Also I was asked to arrive early and it still took 30 minutes to get to my chair. The only good thing was the shampoo.
Very happy with advice given re hair condition, and cut and colour by Michelle.
After four decades Clive is still giving me his five star service.
Taken right away. Pleasant and friendly staff. Liked having discussion with stylist chat before I went to have the colour done to ascertain my wishes. Hair washed and rinsed thoroughly and am pleased with the cut, color and style.
Four decades later and still getting great style and service from the" ever young Clive".
