As a regular customer, I wouldn't go anywhere else for the following reasons.
A) I am visually impaired and staff are so mindful but not patronising
B) staff friendly and welcomin
C) I have a few stylists who work with me and each one does a great job with my hair
D)there is a loyalty scheme and pensioner's discount

Having never dyed my hair before I was a but nervous and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and worked on my hair until it came out as just the light green I wanted! I have dark hair naturally so I'm sure this was not a simple task. Great experience.
I have very long hair and in the past it's been hard to find a someone who will cut it nicely. Every time I've been to Shapes I love it. Everyone there is nice and friendly, the ambience is good and the prices are reasonable. Ive loved every haircut I've had there. I highly recommend it!

Jade has been cutting my hair for a while now and is fantastic. I hate the prescriptive cuts and Jade has a great ability to listen and do exactly what I want.

I've had some bad salon experiences but this place takes the cake. I haven't been scraped by a scissors since childhood. The stylist was confused by my previous cut and how it was done. She didn't get the concept of removing weight or layers. Also I was asked to arrive early and it still took 30 minutes to get to my chair. The only good thing was the shampoo.

Taken right away. Pleasant and friendly staff. Liked having discussion with stylist chat before I went to have the colour done to ascertain my wishes. Hair washed and rinsed thoroughly and am pleased with the cut, color and style.

I have been a client for many years, which says something about Shapes. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of the business - always pleased with my hair, cut and colour, and the friendliness of the staff and the overall ambience. I have recommended Shapes to friends and family, none of whom have been anything but happy with it. Even my grandchildren have their hair cut there.

Would not recommend at all. Although the girl who don my hair was lovely she did not do as I asked and when I went back a second time for them to 'fix' it, they literally never changed it. A lot of money for my hair to not be as I asked

I really enjoyed the service. I got a half head highlights wash cut and blow dry. Everyone was fantastic from the beginning to the end I'm so happy with my hair it is the best colour and cut I have had in quite sometime. Everyone is professional and make you at ease. Can't wait to go back.

In today at Shapes for yet another fantastic experience. Been going to Shapes for years. Tracy is brilliant on colour ... totally trust her for her experience. My colour is always in line with my age and skin shade. I get precicely what I want. Not cheap but worth every penny. You can wear a lovely outfit but if your hair is not right well ... need I say more. Please try ... you won't regret it. M Todd

Shapes staff are friendly and helpful. I am visually impaired and the staff guide me to and from the basins. Also they never ask me to go to the downstairs salon which is thoughtful. I have a couple of different stylists, in whom I have every confidence .
The prices are middle of the road but I get a prnsioner's discount which is great!
I also like their loyalty scheme- a card which is stamped per visit. Free products and a free treatment is on offer.
Been going here for years, great service as always.
