Been here a few times and always really pleased with my hair after. Would definitely recommend Mack, she always listens to what hairstyle i'm looking for, she's happy to advise on the best cut and colour for me and takes the time to ensure you're pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend.

Don’t want to leave a review as I have nothing good to say.... certainly didn’t come away with the saloon ‘new hair’ feeling, very rushed, everyone else in the place (customers) even seemed miserable, more hair products than my dressing table used on my hair in one go, bashed and clattered on the head with the hairdryer, and think my hair was getting cut with a pair of nail clipper scissors ? very disappointed

I thoroughly enjoyed by experience in Shapes Salon. Mack was such a perfectionist & seemed to get job satisfaction by giving me a perfect wash and blow dry with a treatment.
The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and cheerful. I can't wait until I book again!

I can't fault them in any way. They are are a lovely friendly bunch of people. Luckily i always get Jade, she is lovely -Jade rules. What else can i say? Sadly i have moved so i very rarely get my hair done here, i wish i could take them with me x
