Don’t want to leave a review as I have nothing good to say.... certainly didn’t come away with the saloon ‘new hair’ feeling, very rushed, everyone else in the place (customers) even seemed miserable, more hair products than my dressing table used on my hair in one go, bashed and clattered on the head with the hairdryer, and think my hair was getting cut with a pair of nail clipper scissors ? very disappointed

Good colour and cut
I thoroughly enjoyed by experience in Shapes Salon. Mack was such a perfectionist & seemed to get job satisfaction by giving me a perfect wash and blow dry with a treatment.
The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and cheerful. I can't wait until I book again!

I can't fault them in any way. They are are a lovely friendly bunch of people. Luckily i always get Jade, she is lovely -Jade rules. What else can i say? Sadly i have moved so i very rarely get my hair done here, i wish i could take them with me x
Wonderful customer service, extremely accommodating - even coming in earlier to allow me more time to prepare for a wedding. My hair was beautiful & just as I had asked for, a vintage style. Very happy. Thank you x

As always, Shapes is excelled value for money (£95 for above) Mack has an excellent knowledge of materials used and is quick and efficient. Clive,as always very professional and does a terrific job on the styling.

Great salon. All very attentive staff. Girl who coloured hair was so lovely as was girl cutting. Book for daughter to have hair cut that afternoon - Clive was amazing and daughter loved the new experience of the hair wash at salon!!
Went from darkest brown/ black to light brown highlighted hair. Fab job the lassie done. Fringe was cut a wee bit to short but other than that defo be back in 9-10 weeks to be done again everyone loves it. High five to staff who put up with my 2 wee girls running mental in the salon I was cracking up don't know how u held it together ?

Tracy, as always friendly, and my colour perfect and ensures my hair is kept in tip top condition ... no fear my hair will look dried out at all. Thank you, Tracy and for having a 'good ear'. Mack cut my hair for the first time ... precisely what I asked for and she has such a friendly nature. Have made appointment again for these two ladies. Been going to Shapes for years and at some point had all the staff attending my tresses and all first class. Clive, the owner, only has the top stylists and colourists. Always a warm welcome. Tracy does my colour and I am always delighted and she ensures my hair is kept in tip top condition. My hair never looks dried out after colouring. Mack cut my hair today for the first time ... perfectly cut to what my requirements were. Been going to Shapes for years and Clive, the owner, only has top stylists and colourists. Mack cut my daughter and my own hair for the first time today and we both left very happy. She is a first class stylist as well as being very friendly.
