When I arrived the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. I asked for a lighter more styled haircut with layers and I received exactly that. It feels lightweight and looks super stylish and it’s the most like me I’ve felt in years. The salon is a relaxing and friendly environment. And I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

It was my first visit to Saks and I had the pleasure of having Stylist Anisa.
We had a lot of fun speaking while I was getting my hair done and even before that the lady who was managing the desk was lovely too and the lady who washed my hair (forgive me I didn’t catch their names)
Anisa did a great job with my hair, so friendly and made me feel at ease.
I will be back for my 6 week appointment!

Amazing from minute I got there, staff lovely and friendly, loved the head massage when getting hair washed, stylist gave good advice on what would work on my hair, love my hair looking amazing

It is a while since I have been to a salon and this was a very good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. I was taken on time and had a discussion as to what I wanted. I was given very good advice. I now have a lovely new cut and feel 10 years younger. The salon is pristine, and has a calming atmosphere, and I highly recommend this salon. I will definitely be going back.

Great service from Amy, she took fantastic care of my hair when I went in for a cut and style and she checked I was happy with my hair every step of the way. Raegen was really sweet and knew exactly what i wanted but also informed me as much as she could with my request (i showed pictures with big blowouts) since I had straighter hair.
