Excellent stylist , very friendly and efficient

Hanna is always a pro and makes my neglected hair look lovely and fresh. Always get lots of compliments about my colour and I always feel great after. As a tired mum I appreciate the very friendly and relaxed vibe at saks and from Hanna.

I wanted to tone down previous blonde highlights which looked too light and Becca truly did a superb job. Very delighted

My stylist was Shelley(not sure if its correct spelling) for 2 colour hightlight (red and blonde). I was really nervous because as asian - and my hair colour is dark, I had bad experience. I paid hundreds of pounds and barely any colour shows. Shelley did fantastic job. Not only that I have 2 colours highlight (that look visibly natural), she also cut and style my hair that suits me perfectly. I have been neglecting myself lookwise in couple of years and gained lots of weight. So this new hair make me more confident. I will def. Be back and will be booking my hair appointment with Shelley. Its hard to find hair stylist who can do wonders with my hair, and I found mine. Very happy customer indeed.

Fabulous atmosphere with friendly helpful professional staff. James turned flat, tired thinning hair that was making me look and feel old into gorgeous bouncy curls. A creative stylist who knows hair and how to get the best out of it. Thank you James you’ve made me feel alive again.

Really happy with the haircut, treatments provided by Amy the hairdresser. Matilda who was her assistant and Pamela at the front desk were also so welcoming and helpful. I find you get a 5 star treatment when you go to Saks. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 🌟

Such a good service and relaxing atmosphere. Lesley is very professional, warm and friendly. Lesley makes you feel comfortable. The treatment room is very clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my waxing treatments.

I managed to get a spot for a last minute walk-in and not only I was met with a stunning location, spotlessly clean with comfortable chairs; both reception staff and the ladies tending to me were incredibly friendly, professional and polite, they explained and detailed every step of my session, were incredibly patient if I asked to fix my hair here and there.

10/10 would recommend!

From arrival to departure, all staff were excellent, always a pleasure.

Was super relaxing, stylist did my hair exactly how I wanted it and herself along with the stylist who washed my hair was really sweet!

Becca listened to what I wanted and took that on board. We changed my colour and discussed what we would do for my next appointment. Took great care with me and was amazing as always.
