Saks Hair & Beauty Aberdeen Union Square

Have been coming to anisa for a few years now and i honestly could not recommend her more. She’s very passionate about her job and making her clients happy and you can clearly see that through her work !!
She is also brilliant at giving recommendations on how to help hair health as mine used to be so dull, dry and i struggled to grow it and now it has so much life and keeps growing more and more each time i see her !
She is also just a really approachable person and will chat away to make you feel comfortable!

I honestly can’t recommend her enough , keep doing your thing anisa !

Becca was wonderful. She was very thoughtful during consultation and how she would be recreating the hair inspiration I showed her. She was very precise and detailed in cutting my hair and it turned out amazing. I will definitely be booking my next appointment with her again.

I came in for a fashion colour, highlights, and a hair treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was excellent!

Hanna took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and picked the best shades to suit my skin tone. The colour came out nice and beautifully blended with the highlights. The hair treatment left my hair feeling soft, shiny, and healthy. Also, thanks for the head massage after the wash by one of the staff (sorry didn’t ask her name). I felt completely relaxed and well taken care of. If anyone is looking for top-quality hair services, I highly recommend this place!

My hair was in desperate need of a cut and some style put back in to it. Kacy did a great job. My hair looks and feels healthy again. Kacy knew exactly what i wanted but also able to give suggestions to suit the shape of my face. Highly recommend. Also the salon staff are all really welcoming and friendly.

James has been doing my hair since I was 18. Over 20 years later James is still my go to for my cut and colour. I have tried other stylists over the years, but none are as good as James. More recently James has helped my hair get back to its best after a bad colouring experience at another salon! I have complete trust in James that he will get my cut and colour amazing each time!

Great cut by Amy and the girl who washed my hair was also chatty and concerned for my comfort.

I always feel intimidated using a new hair salon but I was immediately put at ease by all the staff. I was offered a head massage during the washing process, offered refreshments and could evrn choose a wave or straighten as a finish. I would reccomend them highly.

This lady is a wizard!! Not only did she do an excellent job with my facial but she relaxed me so much that my watch clocked me as asleep through the duration! Can’t get more relaxed than that!

As always great service, all staff very attentive. We always get a friendly welcome. Highly recommend. Oh and most importantly I love my hair.

This was my first time at Saks. I really liked the service, ambience and cleanliness. Stylist was great, she paid the attention to my requirements and very experienced. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a professional haircut. Total worth of money.

Amy always explains what she’s doing along the way and offers great advice on how to improve and maintain my hair.

5* service from the minute you walk into the premises. Never any complaints. The journey I've been on with my hair has been efficient and wonderful consisting of gentle discussions about what's happening with it, very well organised procedures including a lovely trainee taking your coat, putting the gown and offering hot drinks.
(Which i always take and comes on a lovely small tray in a teapot and a lovely cup n saucer), finally she rinses your hair etc and really adds to the experience. The stylist herself is extremely pleasant and skilled who knows what she's doing. I feel extremely reassured that I'm in safe hands. She's great at communication and discussing style, colour and action plans. She's extremely good at listening and gently letting me know what's possible. Furthermore, the stylist (Amy) is amazing at creating what has been decided. I feel very fortunate to have found her and built up a great relationship with her. The receptionists are super friendly too. I would describe my visits to Saks as a complete holistic experience where I'm feeling comfortable and at home from the moment I enter Saks for my appointment.

My experience in a salon is always up to hight standards. I always leave extremely satisfied with my hair cut/ hair style. Very professional. I'm always looking forward to my next appointments. The service is not just about a hair done up to your expectations. All staff make sure you feel welcome and well looked after from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. I would recommend Kacy to anyone.
