I have had several blow dry with Amy who is brilliant..The charge for a normal blow dry is £41 which is fine.. However I booked for Saturday and without warning was told at the desk my fee would be £60 for the exact same service as before.. because I have long hair..which I don't!..it's thick. apparently 40 minutes it a long time for a wash n blow dry ..sadly I won't be back

I was not completely happy with the colour I had applied on my visit last week and asked to speak with becca. The service and friendliness were outstanding and they asked me to come back to rectify it. I did that today and they were absolutely fantastic. I am over the moon with the results and can’t praise them enough. I would recommend them to anyone as the best hairdressers in Aberdeen and surrounding districts

I've previously enjoyed coming to Saks Union Square and have always had a good experience until today. I waited 16 minutes before my stylist came to have a chat, by the time I'd waited again to have my hair washed it was 28 minutes since my appointment began before I was seen by my stylist. The person who washed my hair took me to a dirty sink which I'd just seen being used by someone else and not cleaned. I ended upl with water all down my back after the hair wash.

I love my hairdresser and the outcome was great but the poor customer service today means I won't be back.

I had come in yesterday and gotten a hair colour, admittedly I wasn’t happy when I left but wanted to give it until the morning, spoke with the salon who encouraged me to come back in and I’m glad I did, albeit very embarrassed, James was great while I was probably a incoherent diva, Caitlin was fabulous and super professional and I’ve come away with perfect hair as I had originally envisioned, thank you to the team for today
