Anisa did a brilliant job on my hair and listens carefully to what I want, she is professional, friendly and experienced, what more can you ask for!
I have been to Anisa a few times now and trust her with my hair which is so important for the hairstylist-client relationship.
The front desk ladies are very good at their jobs as well.
My only criticism would be the girls at the hairwash stations can be quite rough with your hair and also not very thorough in rinsing out the shampoo etc. They are always friendly and attentive though.

I kind of messed up my booking but the staff were very helpful in sorting it out for me. My stylist was brilliant. I don’t really like getting my hair done but she was super patient and seemed to really make the effort to understand what I’d like. I got some purple put in my hair (after years of having boring hair) and I absolutely love it; she’s done such a great job of the colour and the styling: I couldn’t be happier. The ladies who rinsed my hair were all super nice. I actually enjoyed my experience. Thank you so much!

Ive never bn in a salon with such friendly lovely people i usually go to union square but i actually preferred this salon cos its much quieter. I hd a lovely woman wash my hair inbetween who gave me a chair which massaged my back was bliss haha.But i normally get a anxious and today i was made to feel at ease. The lady who done my hair did a fab job. I was also got a cup of tea to waken me up as i was so relaxed i fell asleep 🤣. I know ll defo be coming back here.

From the moment I stepped into the salon it was amazing. I never caught the ladies name that checked me in, she was superb, and made me feel at ease straight away. Then Caitlin came to do my hair. They don’t blow dry extensions

A bit gutted to find out once I arrived that a senior stylist can’t blow dry hair with nano hair extensions until I had arrived. I booked an occasion long hair blow dry, there was no option or warning regarding hair extensions. I’d came from Peterhead having booked a 5pm slot that suited me since being busy and away for an event early the next morning. Gave me really no time to try and source an alternative.
It’s nothing regarding the stylist, as she’s not trained, but really it’s on Saks for not
Advising this on their website and also having senior stylists that they have not trained to blow dry hair with extensions.

When I arrived I was immediately taken to my chair and asked if I wanted a tea or coffee. I went over to get my hair washed and had a lovely chat and a wonderful head massage. Then my stylist gave me the exact cut I was hoping for and then styled it beautifully. Excellent service, excellent value. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and more confident.
