A friendly welcome and a nice cuppa. A stylist who who took time to find what I wanted. She was friendly and seemed interested in my reasons for visiting the salon. (hope i didn't bore her with my conversation!). Its unfortunate that I live so far away or I would revisit. I was pleased with results and the time she took to achieve what I wanted.

I am going to Saks and Amy now for about a year and I have to say I am very happy! Amy has such an attention to detail for cuts and colours, is friendly and polite and remembers all your personal details. It is a pleasure to talk to her. All the other girls and ladies are very friendly too. The salon is clean and tidy thanks to the girls who seem to be permanently cleaning up something. It might not be the cheapest place to go but definitely worth the money.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of care and kindness ❤️

My appointment was running quite behind due to how busy the salon was, but Raegan communicated this with me so nicely and did everything she could to accommodate both my colour and cut. I had a family commitment that I absolutely couldn’t miss, and I ended up having to leave for an extreme circus event and come back later.

What really touched me was that she waited for me for a good two hours, even though she had no other appointments and would normally have finished work around 3pm. She genuinely didn’t have to do that, but she did — simply because she cared about looking after her customer.

She still managed to do my colour and cut, and on top of everything, gave me a huge discount as an apology for the delay. I was honestly blown away.

It’s rare to come across people who go that extra mile and genuinely value their loyal customers. Her kindness, understanding and effort meant so much to me. And of course, the actual service was amazing too — I absolutely love my hair!

Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It’s experiences like this that make you want to keep coming back. ❤️

Had a semi permanent hair treatment today then a cut. Happy with cut but wasn’t shown the back when the stylist finished. Well I can see why, my family pointed out red dye along the back of my neck and on right side of face. Went back to salon. Another team member came out and took some cotton wool to my neck and face, no words of apology or sign of the stylist. Disappointed

Receptionist was busy when I came in, one of the young girls on the floor noticed me standing and came straight over, greeting me with a smile, it was really appreciated that I wasn't left standing. Amy warmly greeted me and talked to me about my appointment and she listened to me, again appreciated, we were both on the same page as what to do. Amy chatted away warmly throughout my appointment and told me everything she was doing at each stage, altogether a very enjoyable experience and really pleased with my cut . I will be back and just about to book my next appointment. I did explain to Amy that my hair dresser of 12 years had just changed her hours that unfortunately didn't fit with me, I had tried another local saloon and had been disappointed at the first time experience of 20 mins in the chair start to finish, with a senior stylist, totally different experience at Saks and a throughly enjoyable one at that.

Really happy with my cut. I was able to book online for the same day, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my stylist Becca talked me through what would work best for my hair type. The head massage was lovely too! The appointment took a little longer than I expected, but I never felt rushed and the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I’m really pleased with my haircut and would definitely recommend!
