As a first time customer to the salon I was treated to an amazing experience from the start to finish the young girl that washed my hair sorry didn’t catch your name gave me a lovely head massage, then took me over to my chair where I was met with Raegan the hair cut she gave me was exactly what I asked for and I could not fault the service. The hair cut was great and the service was amazing. I was however very surprised by the price £40.50 with discount, I work for Skechers and I paid cash and was given back an old £5 notes, can't be used anymore...
To be honest I won't come back for that price, I use to pay around £25-30.

On this visit your appointment was with one of our principal stylists, which is one of our higher price points. For future visits, if you request a stylist level, the price will be, with your discount, £29.60. For your £5 note, sincere apologies, we will be in touch today to get that sorted for you.
