4pm stylist ab fab dont know her name but my curls were lovely and she was very professsional and chatty like i am. cheerful and wanted 5o thank her as now im officially engaged. and will book in again and highly recommend this salon. proffessional friendly

Overall a lovely experience and a refreshing change. The stylist was friendly, kind and knowledgeable and listened to what i wanted while offering appropriate and valuable advice. The salon was clean, well decorated with a nice atmosphere and professional approach. I enjoyed the treatment i was given and was happy with the finished result. I had never been to SAKS before and i'm not a fan of salons and did find some things over priced. However, after my experience today i am tempted to return again to see what other services they offer. I also think gift vouchers and gift cards are a great idea but their online booking and payment service wasn't very reliable. I ended up doing it over the phone instead which i was much happier with.

Amy recently helped me get the purple I'd wanted for a long time in my hair. She did a consultation with me, took time and care to understand what I wanted and the options available. She was very accommodating to my vision and she did a great job at making it come to life. With my cut, she understood what I wanted from my fringe and helped me achieve this. I'm only one wash in so far, so early days, with my purple so I can't say how well the colour will stick but it's still looking vibrant. I'm in love with the colour and the cut. The only down side to my visit was that I was asked if I'd like a drink 3 times and a drink never showed up, though they had for other customers, but eventually I got a drink of water. They do offer water, teas and coffees and this is the first visit of many that ive had here where ive had to wait and ask a few times. Otherwise, all the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was calm and I felt at ease. The salon is clean and there are plenty of staff helping others to tidy up during their appointments.

Everything about the experience was fantastic, we went over each part and spoke about how I wanted my hair and the best way to achieve it. She made sure that I was happy with it at each stage and you could tell she was aiming for the best result!!! Can’t wait to book in with her again 🤍

O my word, what can I say. Upon entering the salon I am always welcomed with a smile, from Pam or Elaine, and always asks me how I am.
They listen to you no matter what you say to them and we can laugh together.
Now Raegen, o my word how amazing is she.
Raegen has always given me great advice on my hair.
She listens to you on what you are trying to explain how you would like you hair done. Then Raegen always goes over in detail to make sure you are happy with the details.
Over the few years of coming to Saks, Raegen has an amazing understanding of how I like my hair. Every time I leave feeling great.
So a big thank you from me to Saks and the lovely ladies. 😊X

All staff were lovely! I arrived as a chance walk in and was really looked after. Shelly was friendly and efficient. She gave great advice and was really reassuring!

My second time seeing Raegen at saks, perfect as always! Everyone in the salon is always happy and friendly and the salon itself is lovely and clean. Raegen is great at listening to my ideas and making them a reality!

From the moment I met Amy I felt reassured that she'd do the best for me. I was right! Due to illness I was almost bald when I first met her. Amy was very kind and professional . Not only is she an excellent hairdresser, she's a good person. Amy listened when I described the hair style I hoped for and today- 10 my months on- I love my chique bob and I'd never dream of going to another hairdresser.

James has done my hair for many years now and he always does a good job that's why I keep going back apart from the fact he has also become a friend.

Everyone were so polite, welcoming, the salon was relaxed and the lovely reception it was so helpful, the hair stylist listened to what I wanted and I felt so much better, and the young lady who washed my hair was lovely

Hana always makes my hair look fabulous. Having my hair washed and massaged was a real treat. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Complete with an espresso served in an adorable esspresso cup.
