Would like to thank Shelly for a great cut and colour. I had gone elsewhere in January and the colour and cut wasn't great and left a lot of split ends. Shelly has given me a fab makeover where my hair looks and feels SO much better and healthier! I'll definitely be back, thank you Shelly! First time my colour has been exactly what I wanted in a long time.
The salon isn't loud despite being in a shopping centre and the head massage was very relaxing!
Amy and the other girls were also lovely at my consultation and appointment (:

I dont enjoy getting my hair cut due to the pressure of making a decision what to get. I booked in to get a large amount cut off to donate an a restyle. I left the details of the restyle up to Shelly and she explained what she thought and did a great job. The process was actually really nice.

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish! I came in for balayage, toner, a luxury cut and style, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Caitlin was amazing and dealt with the issue I was having with my hair so easily and professionally, making me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.

Anisa did a brilliant job on my hair and listens carefully to what I want, she is professional, friendly and experienced, what more can you ask for!
I have been to Anisa a few times now and trust her with my hair which is so important for the hairstylist-client relationship.
The front desk ladies are very good at their jobs as well.
My only criticism would be the girls at the hairwash stations can be quite rough with your hair and also not very thorough in rinsing out the shampoo etc. They are always friendly and attentive though.
