Had make up and hair done for a special function. Not from the area and was very pleased to get an appointment at fairly short notice. Staff lovely and professional. Received a beautiful cut and finish with Rheece! She brought amazing energy as soon as I walked in, with a passion for her profession she navigated all my requirements and executed to perfection! In love with my cut and finish. My hair looks and feels fabulous. Very happy client! Looking forward to returning. Highly recommend.

Professional and high customer service hair salon. I had a cut and finish done by Ashleigh - very nice, friendly and talented hair stylist. At the beginning of the service, I was offered a relaxing massage of arms, neck and head. As for my surprise I received as a new customer a free Keune's hair care cosmetic (worth about £25). Bloom salon seems to have a lot of different offers to attract new customers and to stand out among other hair salons. For me No. 1 salon in Aberdeen. I would highly recommend.

The team at this place are fantastic. I cannot praise them enough. I have had Brook and Madison take care of me and my hair is not easy to colour and create the effect I would like! They always find creative solutions that perks me up everytime. Today my hair conditioning was much better than last time. Over all I would recommend Bloom salon over all others because they really know how to give the best customer service. It is expensive but they deserve it. Thank you team, you’re all fabulous. ❤️?‍♂️

Whilst in Aberdeen popped in got a last minute appoint with Rhys she was so patient and great ideas for my hair. Very relaxed and done a great job. Looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend.

First time in a hair salon since first lockdown.
Chloe showed no concern at the state of my hair, but set about producing a couffure that would not disgrace the salon as I walked out.
I was delighted with the result and am looking forward to my next visit, when Chloe will sort out the colour.
Not only was the craftsmanship superb, but the welcome and accommodation for my mobility issues were second to none.
I must also mention how pretty the salon is.

This is the very best manicure done to perfection by Guy who is excellent and the staff are all so professional and attentive particularly Ashley who is absolutely brilliant in every way! It is always a pleasure to visit Bloom

I popped in for the blowout ahead of my colour booking next week. Katie Louise was knowledgable, friendly and put me at ease straight away! The salon is clean with a lovely chilled out atmosphere. I am looking forward to coming back!

Great service as always. I have been going to Bloom for over a year now and soon after I started the condition and look of my hair improved immensely. Love the staff and, the service and the products. Chloe is great and everyone in the family now go to her for our hair appointments.

KatyLouise gave highly professional advice/recommendations in relation to long term management of my hair and provided colour that produced a beautiful natural blend and have to say it’s the best colour I’ve ever had. Another lovely visit to Bloom, started with a very relaxing Express facial with Guy then a cut and colour with Chloe. Chloe is very knowledgable and has lots of advice.

The girl that did my hair was lovely but I had to wait an hour (she did apologise) and so I never bothered asking about advice re a new colour) as it was getting near to closing time and I was getting tired sitting waiting) she did call me to move my appointment later by 15 mins but it wasn’t 15 mins more like an hour
I also rang numerous times to pay my deposit no reply and when I did get through gave my details only to be told it hadn’t gone through and just pay when I came in

Excellent experience the salon is absolutely beautiful all the staff are welcoming and friendly and I loved having my hair done by Chloe she always makes a fabulous job

I've been going to guy for months now for my nails and he never fails to deliver. My nails are always perfect, they never chip even after 3 weeks. Guy is truly amazing
