I have had Colleen for many years even before she joined bloom. Always takes time to discuss and advise the colours. She’s always polite and can have a laugh. I find all staff courteous and helpful. The salon is warm and spotless. Great service as usual.

Great service and beautiful nails. The gel looks very thin from the side which shows how skilled the staff is! The colour selection is great and nothing has chipped yet even though I have been to the pool and spa. The shape also looks great. I will definitely be coming back!

As soon as you arrive in the salon everyone is so nice and welcoming. I had booked in with Colleen and had an amazing experience. This was my first time having my hair coloured so I was a bit unsure what colour/tone to go for. Colleen was so lovely and informative when picking out the right colour that would suit me and my skin tone. The colour turned out to be just what I had in my head and it suits me well. She also cut my hair in the exact style I wanted. The salon is beautiful and it has a really nice atmosphere. Student discount is also a really big plus too. Overall I’m really happy with my experience and in love with my new hair 😍

My hair looks incredible - my stylist made great suggestions and though my hair couldn't lift to the lightness we initially hoped for, I left like a gorge cherry cola colour that's actually nicer than my reference pictures ever were

First time with Neil and I am over the moon. Amazing attention to detail and I was made to feel very special.

Stylist was helpful in deciding a colour since it was my first time dying my hair but I was disappointed to find she didnt have the time to do all the colours I wanted & you have to double book time if you need hair bleaching, this is something that really should be indicated on the online form.

Was very disappointed in my haircut, when I washed it the next morning it didn't really look like much had been done to style my hair it was just shorter, excluding some layers that were longer than I wanted and barely even noticeable.

I chose Bloom and the stylist because of how well reviewed they were but it was not worth the money I paid for (which was quite expensive!) and it seemed like the stylist didn't really want to spend time on my hair :( but the lady that washed my hair & front desk staff were really friendly though so no faults there

I had a lovely chilled afternoon with Natalie. She listened to what I wanted. Love my hair and stylist. Can't thank her enough. Feeling fab

brooks is so lovely and chatting and i always feel welcome in her company. First time getting my nails done by her but she has done my make up before and that was beautiful too. would defo reccommend!!

What a lovely experience. On arrival the staff were very attentive whilst waiting for my stylist. Colleen was very friendly and super skilled at the relaxing head massage before and during my hair appointment. She guided me though the best style and products for my menopausal hair and gave me food for thought re potential colour options too. Loved the cut and finish. Very happy with result. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved my wedding hair up, Rheece did a fantastic job and she was really nice to chat to. My hair lasted the whole day and evening and I got loads of compliments. Thanks again!
