Katie was brilliant today - my hair was really dry and it's been cut into a great long bob - following exactly the photo I gave her. The style looked great when I left and looks amazing with my natural curls too. 10/10
All the staff were very friendly and approachable throughout my visit. I came in for a hair cut and was very happy with the result. My stylist was super helpful with my questions about products, hair tools and other services they can offer. Will definitely come agin!

I had such a great hair cut with Madison! She really took the time to get to know my hair and what I wanted and she absolutely saved my curls, which I'm so happy about! Everyone in the salon was so nice and helpful and I felt really comfortable and well taken care of :)
Madison always listens and advises of best plan for my hair - she is assisting me to grow it! She is lovely!
I was hoping to become a regular customer but the disappointing result obtained today made me to change my mind.
I booked a colour and cut with Madison after a recommendation from a fellow curly haired friend. I came in very apprehensive and had been traumatised from years of people not knowing how to cut/style my hair and WOW Bloom and Madison were amazing. Madison really listened to my concerns and my past experiences and was super friendly. My colour is incredible and my cut is so so well suited to my hair and Madison was just so reassuring and talked my through all the styling and cut and gave me all her recommendations to keep my curls healthy. In a more general sense, the atmosphere was super friendly and chilled. I couldn’t recommend Madison and Bloom enough (coming from someone who always used to dread having to get my hair cut)

Always friendly! Great advice given during hair cut chat prior to wash. Had a free treatment this time, very nice bonus. Fab cut and blow dry. All fabulous. Highly recommended. Bonus to as hot morning and air conditioning!

Brooke made me feel really welcome and gave me advice on the cut I'd chosen but to tailor my needs. She's so friendly and there was no awkward silences which there can be and makes me feel anxious but not with her! I love my hair and have booked in with her again. 10 out of 10 for sure!

We had a wonderful experience at Bloom with Katie! She was incredibly patient and gentle with our 2-year-old boy, making him feel comfortable and relaxed throughout his haircut. I have been a client of Neil’s now for quite some time and never once have I had a bad experience. Hair is flawless (colour / cuts / styling) every time. I can’t recommend Bloom enough. Unfortunately I had a massive colour disaster from a DIFFERENT salon but Brooke was able to help me and get my hair back on track to what I want it to be. Brooke was able to advise on different things and treatments to keep my hair healthy while still getting my hair as close to what I wanted as possible for the moment I will be back soon!

she was brilliant. made me feel confident and hyped me up after my cut. and i absolutely love the change!!
Lakshmi (my mum) had booked us in for a blow dry and style together for my birthday treat. For some reason, my stylist didn’t seem to be in a very happy mood as I wasn’t even asked how I was. The whole appointment no conversation was made and I’m not sure she understood what look I was wanting. I showed her a photo with what I wanted which was big bouncy curls at the ends of my hair. She ended up blow drying my hair straight and using straighteners to curl it. It looked nice but not what I wanted. She then combed the full thing out leaving my hair pretty much straight by the end of it. After an hour the curls had all gone and my hair looked so flat. It’s really unfortunate as it was supposed to be a birthday treat and a nice experience. I understand people have off days but we paid for this and it just wasn’t what we were expecting. Luckily, another stylist was super friendly and chatted to the both of us and brought us Prosecco to make it special. I just wish my hair had turned out well, and it would’ve been a perfect experience. I hope this feedback can be used for future improvement of blow dry services.

Hi there, I had a manicure and gel polish on Friday but just two days after almost all of my nails' polish had been peeled off, I paid £41 for it and it didn't last at least a week.
The best salon with the best service in town! The rare occasion I have been dissatisfied with an outcome, they are always more than happy to offer a correction appointment. The Manager Neil is professional and friendly and clearly respected by his team. Madison has always delivered! She is awesome .Cannot recommend the salon enough.
