This is not a review that is directed at the stylist as she was faced with an extremely difficult situation. I booked in for a cut and finish to hopefully address my recent hair loss and thinning due to the menopause and recent weight loss. I was given advice on suitable products and the insertion of tape extensions but a cut was felt wasn’t going to address the situation at the moment and gain the fullness that I want to achieve. I was given advice and a blow dry was angreed. I was charged £55 for this service and I can’t help feeling dissapointed and upset as I feel this is expensive especially when we did not achieve the new look that I had hoped for. I just feel consideration should have been given to the future business and onward potential to help me.

I popped in for hair colour advice initially, Sophie is so knowledgeable and gave me welcomed advice. I had my hair coloured and cut today, and love it. What a phenomenal experience! I felt like royalty from start to finish, the chair was very comfy I was offered a drink upon entry, tally was insanely good at listening to what I wanted and giving me ideas she recommended a creamy blonde for me rather than ashy and omg it looks amazing!
I even got a shoulder, neck and scalp massage complimentary. I had never been before and wasn't actually planning a second trip as it was cause I didn't book in advance with my usual hairdresser however it was such an amazing experience I might have to make the trip to aberdeen every 6 weeks again. Can't stress enough how amazing and value for money the appointment was. I would recommend if you haven't booked already!
