TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

Had my hair done by Chloe and She did a great job. However, I then asked if I could have my hair trimmed and I was told this would be an additional £20. A lady called joe cut my hair and again she slightly trimmed my hair to how It was desired. When I then went to pay the costings came to £150. When questioning this I was told that it was because I had my hair done by a senior stylist. I thought this was unfair as I didn’t ask for this or know Joe was a senior stylist. This was at around 6oclock and there was no managers to discuss the issue. The girl who I was having the discussion with looked around 18 and was the only one left in the salon so I didn’t feel comfortable discussing my frustration with her as I knew there was nothing she could do. I paid the £150 but I thought it was very unfair as this was no where near what I was quoted.

Poor hair colour

Didn’t listen to what I wanted I asked for the specific colours I wanted using the colour chart have coloured my hair since I was 16 advised not to use those colours persuaded to use a different method consequently hair not the right colour explained didn’t like it and she put more highlights in didn’t put enough in and I’m still not happy with the colour cost an extortionate amount of money for this I’m very disappointed. Wish she had just listened to me I know my hair would now have been okay

Our main aim is to ensure all of our clients are happy with their hair and for this reason, if a client is not happy with their hair, we will offer to redo it free of charge. However, we hope you can appreciate this would need to be within a reasonable time scale to ensure we can assess your hair properly.

I would love to see you back at the salon with Liz, she is our L'Oreal Colour Specialist and it would all be free of charge.

Brilliant experience every time. Chloe is very thorough and explains everything along the way which I find very comforting and helpful for when I do my hair myself. She always remembers what I have been up to and is very funny - I feel like I am coming to see a friend not my hairdresser!
The headmassage and reclining chairs are brilliant too I could almost fall asleep!!

Horror or horrors, I couldn’t make it in last week and had to wash my own hair!!! Thankfully, normal service has resumed this week and I am ‘me’ again. My weekly blow dry is my treat to myself and I always look forward to seeing all of the amazing staff and enjoy being pampered for an hour. Best salon in the area by far!

She always takes the time to find out what is working well or occassionally, not so well so that she can tweak the cut and the advice she gives me so that my hair always looks its best and importantly that I can manage it myself at home. I have been with same hairdresser for 18 years so I was very nervous having my hair cut. Lilley put me at ease and made sure she completely knew what I wanted. I got what I wanted and more. Lilley was very knowledgable and was so easy to be with. She was lovely. I’ve changed to Lilley after 18 years I think that says it all. The atmosphere in the salon was so chilled and welcoming.

What’s not to love......feet up in the back massager chair whilst someone washes your hair and massages your scalp, a tea/coffee should you want one, then a fabulous cut and a good chat up with Claire. Not a bad way to spend a lunch break!

Elle had great ideas of how to get my short hair that I'm growing out into the bob style I'm aiming for. She also asked pertinent questions about how I look after my hair (which is very fine) and then gave excellent advice on a good shampoo to use. Very happy with Elle's expertise and love my cut!
