TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

I took my daughter in for her 1st haircut! She is 3 years old so I wanted her to have a lovely first experience! And nik made wonderful for her! Can’t be easy cutting kids hairs! She was constantly moving her head! But he kept her entertained and talked to her all the way through. She even asked for “rollers” and he was like, “no sweetie you don’t need them” haha! Great service!!!. She was offered a hot chocloate as well! He took very little off her hair but it’s made ALL the difference:-) she looks so chic! Thank you nik!

I was unable to book in with my usual stylist (Liz) but badly needed a hair cut. I was a little anxious about booking with someone different as I’ve not always been happy with cuts from other stylists within the branch but decided to try Lauren. Elle was lovely -it was my first time with her and Tony and guy Stockton Heath. Elle is very knowledgeable about colours and hair care.
Unfortunately this appointment had been made to be in company with my mum as a treat. However someone cancelled her appointment and it was only mentioning it in passing to Elle that my mum was due in to find that her appointment had been cancelled- lucky she had kept her ticket which proved the date she had made it and for what time.
The way in which this matter was handled was poor - no one apologised or took responsibility for this error. The salon manager didnt come over to speak with her or myself and she was left sitting for 20 mins on the reception chair this was after being asked to attend 20 mins later than her original appointment. It also meant the Elle was struggling with time. When the bill came to £208- I thought the way in which this matter has been handled was extremely poor in relation to your customer service.

I travel from London to get my hair cut/coloured here-I have done for years. Not found a single salon or hairdresser in London as good as this. Without doubt the best salon I have been to, great customer service and staff are wonderful.

I had my hair done a few weeks ago and wasn’t entirely happy. I told the salon about my experience and they resolved everything and Lauren did it exactly how I wanted it. Will definitely be booking in again!
