Sharon is wonderful and has done a fabulous job as usual.

First time I’d been for a while, everybody smiley and happy, all equipment clean and tidy, great choice of colours available.

As soon as I step into Serenity I feel relaxed, it always smells amazing! Sharon has always been the best for my eyebrow shape and tint. Any time I get them done somewhere closer to home, I wish I’d taken the time out to see her instead. She’s so gentle it’s honestly relaxing, no easy feat when you’re waxing! Results are always perfect.

I have had a few treatments at serenity the last 6 months and have always found the treatments very thorough and relaxing. All the girls are very knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. I had another hydrafacial today with Karen which was the first time I’d met her. She was amazing and so diligent. The cherry on the cake was when the treatment was over she’d noticed I have my eyebrows laminated and brushed them back up for me with a spoolie once she’d finishing applying all the products to my face. Such a lovely touch to finish my treatment!
