Another superb neck shoulder and back massage with Karen. Getting onto the treatment bed with a warm hot water sets the tone for a totally relaxing and rejuvenating 45 mins. She really knows how to get all the knotty, tense bits out... Yes it does hurt a bit but no gain without pain! Looking forward to going through it all again post-Christmas

I was delighted to see Karen today... I thought she'd left. She truly is the BEST person to sort out your stiffness and achy muscles. I had opted for a neck and shoulder massage but she added in a face one (concentrating on my jaw line) and a back one using hot stones. I felt so relaxed at the end... First time in a long time. Having had a really tough year I felt that everything was tight and clenched but Karen soon had everything loose and relaxed. I really must do this every fortnight. Worth every penny. Thank you Karen xx

I came for one massage as was really tense and left booking for the course of 6. Karen was great and really paid attention to the problem areas and it made a huge difference to me. I’ve previously had 2 back surgeries so I tend to have ongoing issues with my back and Karen was very considerate and listened to where she needed to apply less pressure and also found other areas I was holding tension I wasn’t even aware of. I’ve since had a further 3 sessions and will definitely be booking a course again with Karen. Highly recommend Karen she’s fantastic.

Brilliant relaxing signature massage and facial with Sharon. Perfect pressure and got the knots out my shoulders. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend.

I had the Signature massage and facial which included a back scrub. Nice and relaxing and just the right pressure. Could do with the room being a bit warmer now the weather has changed or a bigger blanket to get the bits under that aren’t being massaged. Definitely going back for more. Definitely recommend.

Liv is a brilliant therapist full of advice, including advising me on the best skincare for my skin. I bought some lovely Thalgo products. Another relaxing facial at Serenity. Highly recommended.
