My daughter enjoyed her first hair salon experience, aged 3 years. The staff helped her to feel very comfortable and did a great job trimming her curly hair. We sat upstairs so it was nice and quiet.
I have been attending Francesco Hair in Kingsmead, Northwich for many years and the quality of knowledge in colouring, hair care and hair styling is fabulous. Every client is made to feel welcome and the relaxed and caring atmosphere is wonderful. I’ve been coming to Francesco Northwich for over 20 years and before that when I lived close enough! Claire has been my stylist for over 10 years. I’m sure the other stylists in the salon are equally wonderful but I wouldn’t swap Claire EVER! She cuts my tricky hair with care every time. She listens to what I’m trying to achieve always. I feel able to ask her for what I want without feeling like she will be offended (sometimes she tells me I can’t have it as it won’t work😅!). I’ve had my hair coloured by Loretta many times in the past but they’ve encouraged me to have the confidence to embrace my natural grey even though this meant losing a colour service. I trust Claire implicitly and I couldn’t recommend Claire and the salon highly enough. Thank you Francescos X

Jade advised me on my colour and treatment options and then after applying and leaving me with a coffee and a magazine handed me over to Sophie, who then did my toner after washing my hair. Natalie checked I was happy with my hairstyle and listened to my choice of hairstyle and finish. She also gave me advice on relevant products to enhance my style. A really relaxing appointment and I have booked my next appointment with the friendly, courteous lady on reception.

I thought Claire was very patient and able to interperate my requirements from my jumbled description, due to her many years of experience. She was lovely and explained the process and journey to get to where I would like my hair to be.
I have to wait and see when I wash and style it myself how I feel, but I left the salon feeling more attractive and confident than when I went in. The products used on my hair make it silky soft and smelling fresh and in great condition. So I will definitely be returning.

The title says it all. So many salons are good for your first/second visit but then you start to feel not listened to, service not great, cut a bit average etc. This never happens at Francesco’s; the whole experience remains at an exceptionally high standard time after time. All the staff are excellent but Claire cuts my hair and I’ve never been happier.
