Precision cutting to layer my mid length hair and give it lots of movement - just what was asked for!

After a summer of sunshine Loretta worked her magic on on my sun bleached hair and I came out of the salon feeling like me again!

Loretta is currently guiding me through the process of lightening my hair. She always patiently talks me through each step so I understand the process and I am absolutely delighted with colour today and grateful for her guidance and expertise. All the ladies in the salon are fantastic! The salon also looks incredible after its recent innovation and is a very relaxing environment in which to spend a few hours

Always get a brilliant cut from Natalie who really listens to what you want and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the minute you walk through the door, there’s a lovely welcome at reception and just such a nice atmosphere. Feels like a very happy salon x

Claire never fails to leave me feeling thoroughly pampered with the best hair cut and plenty of laughs thrown in!

My appointment with my usual stylist was changed as mine was poorly. That’s fair enough, however I don’t think I should have been charged more than I pay with my usual stylist. Also accepted the kind offer of a drink, however it never turned up lol

All the staff are friendly and attentive at Franchesco. Nat is a brilliant cutter and stylist. The new look to the salon is a lovely change. I come away feeling like a new woman!

And I wasn’t disappointed the colour is probably the best colour I’ve had. and I just love the final look no more yellow blond for me 😍 already booked my next appointment as all the staff there are lovely and friendly

The whole team at Francesco’s from reception to stylists and colourists are so talented. Claire cuts my hair and, from the moment she greets me with a smile, I know it’s going to be ok. I very much appreciate the kind, professional and ultimately helpful way that she listens and we decide on what’s next. Claire has helped me grow my hair and chopped it all off again many times ! I trust her skills and her judgement implicitly.

First time at the salon, Beth made an experienced review to my hair colour., and the tone that would suit be best. Advised on the process throughout, service was spot on. Also a shout out to Natalie who did my restyle, again top quality advice and style. Would recommend both of the stylist 100%.

As always, lovely greeting as you walk in, immediately asking if you'd like a drink. I was a few minutes early for my appointment but was seen to straight away. Been visiting Nat for the last 4 months and her expertise clearly shows. She is friendly and approachable and actively listens. She supports your choices and applies expertise to execute them. Love this salon, it's so great to see the new refurb.

Always good. The salon is so modern & beautiful. Everyone from Amanda (the hostess with the mostest) to Claire & Loretta the Queen. All my girls go as they are treated so well.

I’ve been going to Lois for over a year now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Lois has worked wonders in restoring my hair to its former glory. It’s now shiny, long and so much easier to maintain. She’s also helped me reshape and grow out parts of my fringe after it was unfortunately cut incorrectly by my previous stylist at another salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Lois always makes me feel so welcome and really takes the time to understand what I want. I always leave the salon feeling great, with my hair looking exactly how I wanted it.

I couldn’t recommend Lois highly enough.

Staff highly experienced, very friendly and welcoming. They made my visit a really pleasant experience and I was delighted with the colour (by Loretta) and the cut and finish (by Natalie).

I have had Jade colour and style my hair for a number of years and she always listens to what I’m wanting to achieve and the look I am after. For the past three years, Lois has been my stylist and I couldn’t be happier with the way she has expertly and sensitively learned to cut & style my hair. She is a friendly, warm and thoughtful person who has grown hugely in confidence and experience since joining the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, but book early as she is incredibly popular!

As always everybody, including Amanda , the receptionist and Jade my hair colourist,, bent over backwards to accommodate me and ensure my visit was an enjoyable experience. I love having my hair cut in Northwich and would like to try other services but I find the prices are high.

Lois is our family stylist and has expertly cut our hair for the last 3 years. She cuts my hair, my daughter’s hair and my sister’s hair. She really takes the time to listen to what we would like each visit and what our needs are, and confidently guides us to ensure we get the perfect result. She is creative, professional and has become a wonderful friend to us.
