The hair sylist was fantastic with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. After having such long hair for a very long time, my daughter wanted a changed and go a bit shorter and Alayna done an amazing job on her hair. With my daughter being Autistic she made her feel relaxed so thank you.

In my 44 yrs I’ve never been the hairdressers. I was very anxious but Natalie made me feel at ease and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything was perfect. Natalie was lovely, patient, understanding and empathetic.
She did as I asked and only cut a little off, however, this has made a change for the better and my confidence is already growing.
Just one hitch, my hair, since I got home is a little flat, especially at the back (Natalie and I agreed the back could be blowdried to enhance the layers)
I'm wondering if the 'tonic' for nourishing the hair may have been better used at a different time? I am looking forward to having Natalie cut my hair again in the future! Thank you 😊

This was my first time, and Lois C was fantastic.
I have to say when I visited to dicuss a booking, I was welcomed warmly and the team were friendly. I have a few mobility issues and was initially nervous. I didnt need to be, I was shown around, tried out the sink/chair area.

Had highlights/balayge at Francescos today. Armed with an album full of Pinterest 'hair', Nicola told gets "I want it like this, but my fringe like that!"
