Lois did an amazing job on cutting my hair, she always does a great job, she is very friendly and makes me feel relaxed. All the staff that work there are the best!
I am always happy when leaving the salon - I wanted something different without loosing too much length and volume - Vikki put lots of layers in and we tried a long fringe - my hair feels and looks healthy again!
I have been a customer of Francesco’s Hair Salon for the past 20 years, which speaks volumes about the phenomenal service of the styling team there. For the past three years, Lois has been my stylist and I couldn’t be happier with the way she has expertly and sensitively learned to cut & style my hair. She is a friendly, warm and thoughtful person who has grown hugely in confidence and experience since joining the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, but book early as she is incredibly popular!
As always everybody, including Amanda , the receptionist and Jade my hair colourist,, bent over backwards to accommodate me and ensure my visit was an enjoyable experience. I love having my hair cut in Northwich and would like to try other services but I find the prices are high.
Lois is our family stylist and has expertly cut our hair for the last 3 years. She cuts my hair, my daughter’s hair and my sister’s hair. She really takes the time to listen to what we would like each visit and what our needs are, and confidently guides us to ensure we get the perfect result. She is creative, professional and has become a wonderful friend to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lois as a stylist because she really is a fantastic member of the professional and friendly team at Francesco’s.
Jade and Natalie always do an amazing job on my hair. They listen to what I’m asking for and do exactly that.

From the moment you arrive & the warm welcome from Amanda it feels like you’ve popped round to your besties for a catchup!
I’d had a bad experience elsewhere and booked with Vikki to sort out the mess I had been left with.
I sat with Vikki for a good 20 minutes chatting about what happened, what I wanted & what could be done. She was kind, bubbly and most importantly listened to what I wanted. I loved my hair when ai left and felt much more ‘me’. I booked to return a few months later.
I was amazed at everything Vikki remembered about me, my family, all from chatting during my first appointment.
My hair feels so healthy now, I’m complimented all the time on the cut. I am actually excited for my next visit!
Lois always cuts my hair very, very well and finishes by blowdrying beautifully.

The best colourist I’ve ever had - always gives great advice and recommendations to suit me and care for my hair in the best way. My hair has never looked better or been as in great condition since I started coming to Francesco. Jade did an amazing job with my root touch-up – the colour is perfect as always. Elsa treated me to one of her incredible, relaxing hair washes, and the fabulous Claire worked her magic with a brilliant cut.

Decided I wanted to bring back some blonde and highlights to my hair after several months of box dying it all ine colour. Jade took on the challenge but with protecting the condition of my hair as her biggest priority. She set realistic expectations on what could be achieved and smashed it. Vicky I adore , she nails my blunt bob every time, always nailing thr subtle tweaks I ask for on every visit. All the ladies in this salon are so friendly, down to earth and create such a relaxed environment to enjoy a little bit of pamper time with.
