This was my first time, and Lois C was fantastic.
I have to say when I visited to dicuss a booking, I was welcomed warmly and the team were friendly. I have a few mobility issues and was initially nervous. I didnt need to be, I was shown around, tried out the sink/chair area.

Had highlights/balayge at Francescos today. Armed with an album full of Pinterest 'hair', Nicola told gets "I want it like this, but my fringe like that!" Francesco’s in Northwich never disappoints! I went in with wanting to get some light brown, ash strands of light into my dark brunette - with low maintenance. Loretta did an amazing job to my “clueless brief” I gave her.All highlights are placed away from my parting so I don’t have to maintain as much! Exactly what I wanted!Lois cut my hair for the first time, and she did amazingly so - I have a lot of hair and very thick - she did amazing layers throughout and a bouncy blow dry with brushes only - no straighteners as I asked - I am beyond happy! I could not recommend Francesco’s more! You can’t go wrong with anybody within the team there - from consultation, colour, to amazing hair wash/ head massage through to cut and finish - amazing!

My daughter enjoyed her first hair salon experience, aged 3 years. The staff helped her to feel very comfortable and did a great job trimming her curly hair. We sat upstairs so it was nice and quiet.
