This was my first haircut at this salon and Vikki was such a wonderful stylist, took time to understand what I wanted, and gave me a great haircut! She is very knowledgeable and gave her advice on what would suit my hair as well as styling tips which was so helpful!

Lois' cuts are absolutely perfect. She truly listens to what I want and delivers every time, she is a perfectionist who gets it right without fail, and is a huge asset to the team. The whole experience at Francesco's is spot on, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.

She always patiently talks me through each step so I understand the process and I am absolutely delighted with colour today and grateful for her guidance and expertise. Claire never fails to leave me feeling thoroughly pampered with the best hair cut and plenty of laughs thrown in!

My appointment with my usual stylist was changed as mine was poorly. That’s fair enough, however I don’t think I should have been charged more than I pay with my usual stylist. Also accepted the kind offer of a drink, however it never turned up lol

All the staff are friendly and attentive at Franchesco. Nat is a brilliant cutter and stylist. The new look to the salon is a lovely change. I come away feeling like a new woman!
