After having Charlie cut my hair for years and always going for something similar, this time I went for a complete change and had my long hair cut into a short bob. Lovely overall experience. Charlie always listens and understands what I am aiming for in hair style and colour. Excellent stylist. Very clean salon. Only downside is still not using proper towels to dry hair ! Hence only 4 stars for service.

Cannot recommend Lucy highly enough. I always trust her judgement and advice. A skilled and experienced stylist who looks after both my highlights and cut. A lovely salon experience! Everybody is so friendly.

Charlie is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to! Been coming to her for three years now, and never had a bad haircut. She’s also the only person I’d trust to do my colour too, and she’s also great to chat to. The salon itself is lovely and in a great location. I’m someone who’s tried A LOT of hair salons and Terence Paul (especially Charlie!) is definitely the best.

This is the first time I’ve had both Lucy’s (my usual fabulous stylist, Georgia, was away). Everyone there is so lovely and you instantly feel at home. I’m quite particular about my hair and I’m never disappointed.

As always a very pleasant and relaxing experience which is why I return. I have hair abs scalp problems and Charlie is always understanding and receptive

I love how Lucy styles my hair, I come in with crazy ideas and she translates them into beautiful manageable creations and I go out happy every time. I’m a working Mum and I need a style I can easily maintain my self but always look polished. She’s a genius. She’s a special soul too and I love visiting the salon and my time with her. I feel really lucky to have found this little gem, thank you Lucy Txx

All great as usual but I’m sick of the disposable gowns and towels now. For a salon that apparently prides itself on excellent service and charges such high prices I’d expect these to be replaced with proper gowns by now

David is an expert colourist and always gives a lovely cut and beautiful colour. Whether it’s a more complex mix of colours or a more straightforward gloss I always walk out with a spring in my step that wasn’t there beforehand!
