I would recommend her to all my friends. My daughter and I both go to Charlie. She is a great stylist and very informative.

Lovely overall experience. Charlie always listens and understands what I am aiming for in hair style and colour. Excellent stylist. Very clean salon. Only downside is still not using proper towels to dry hair ! Hence only 4 stars for service.

I Have had Sarah for the last 3 months and every time I visit her I am very pleased with the result of my hair. She listens to what I want and delivers every time. Perfect experience all around. 5 stars from me.

Great advice on colour

Cannot recommend Lucy highly enough. I always trust her judgement and advice. A skilled and experienced stylist who looks after both my highlights and cut. A lovely salon experience! Everybody is so friendly.

Charlie is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to! Been coming to her for three years now, and never had a bad haircut. She’s also the only person I’d trust to do my colour too, and she’s also great to chat to. The salon itself is lovely and in a great location. I’m someone who’s tried A LOT of hair salons and Terence Paul (especially Charlie!) is definitely the best.

Georgia is amazing at colour! Fixed my hair when I wrecked it in lockdown! Always gets it spot on.

This is the first time I’ve had both Lucy’s (my usual fabulous stylist, Georgia, was away). Everyone there is so lovely and you instantly feel at home. I’m quite particular about my hair and I’m never disappointed.

As always a very pleasant and relaxing experience which is why I return. I have hair abs scalp problems and Charlie is always understanding and receptive

I love how Lucy styles my hair, I come in with crazy ideas and she translates them into beautiful manageable creations and I go out happy every time. I’m a working Mum and I need a style I can easily maintain my self but always look polished. She’s a genius. She’s a special soul too and I love visiting the salon and my time with her. All great as usual but I’m sick of the disposable gowns and towels now. For a salon that apparently prides itself on excellent service and charges such high prices I’d expect these to be replaced with proper gowns by now

I am really pleased with the cut, - it is a shape I’m really happy with, and find very manageable. Georgia has done it really well, and listened to what I wanted. She has a lovely easy personality too.

David is an expert colourist and always gives a lovely cut and beautiful colour. Whether it’s a more complex mix of colours or a more straightforward gloss I always walk out with a spring in my step that wasn’t there beforehand!

Quality and comfort of washing area seating absolutely perfect.

I had full advice on my hair colouring. Which was great.
However, The styling was not as I would choose which is important as you walk out of the salon to go to dinner

David and the staff are lovely. I have loads of hair to foil so I’m in the salon for a few hours - everyone is always welcoming and friendly. It’s a nice environment to be in.

Another amazing trip to see Georgia. Listened to all my hair needs and executed them perfectly, I wouldn’t let anybody else touch my hair! The only improvement would be comfier backwashes and proper towels, aside from that everything was perfect.

David has been my hairdresser for many years first at the manchester branch before it closed now knutsford wouldn't go any where else he knows my hair with being curly can be difficult to manage and always gets my colour just right.
