Sarah was amazing, super welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease immediately as Id never had her before.

Another amazing trip to see Georgia. Listened to all my hair needs and executed them perfectly, I wouldn’t let anybody else touch my hair! The only improvement would be comfier backwashes and proper towels, aside from that everything was perfect.

David has been my hairdresser for many years first at the manchester branch before it closed now knutsford wouldn't go any where else he knows my hair with being curly can be difficult to manage and always gets my colour just right.

As usual, I leave the salon a new woman! Gorgeous, silky hair coloured, cut and tamed into shape by Charlie who is as consistently professional and skilled as she is fun; always listening and for whom nothing is too much trouble. Visiting the Knutsford salon is one of the highlights of my week, Terence Paul are so lucky to have such a terrific team here - everyone included.

I’ve been going to TP in Knutsford for a few years, and I love their service. As a guy with curly hair it can be difficult getting a good cut. These guys have been patient and collaborative with finding a style that works for me, and Charlie’s execution is outstanding.

Charlie is fantastic, always makes me feel a million dollars and chats through my options thoroughly if I ever want a tweak or change. Highly recommend.

As always, a lovely experience from start to finish.

I have been seeing David at Terrence Paul for the past few years and have never been disappointed, I can’t speak highly enough of him, he is fantastic at what he does!! And the entire staff at the salon are very friendly and helpful!

I’ve been going to Terrence Paul for a couple of years now and the service and cut is always superb. Staff are friendly and welcoming (even wearing PPC!). Then the cuts are a good balance of the expert styling and your own input.

Amazing colour by David, he always understands exactly what I am looking to achieve and gets it spot on every time. I’ve not been this happy with my hair for a long long time. So pleased to have found him!

Charlie is such a skilled stylist, she knows exactly what my hair needs and her advice is always spot on. Charlie recognises hair can be a sensitive topic and has always been kind and caring when required.

I know I’m in safe hands when I’m with Charlie and trust her professional opinion. As well as being exceptional at her job charlie is a consistently bubbly happy person and she is genuinely lovely to be around.

We all have days where we would rather be somewhere else (me included) but I can honestly say hand on heart I have never heard Charlie say anything like.

It’s such a pleasure to be a client @ TP and Charlie is a real credit to the salon.

Its always a pleasure to visit your salon, besides the excellent cuts, colours etc. Your staff are always friendly & welcoming to all clients. As you get older on occasions you can be invisible & walking into a modern salon can feel intimidating, not at Terence Paul.
All your staff must be congratulated on their attitude even after the past 15 months of the Covid pandemic.

You need to bring back proper towels not the useless things you are using now! Other salons have proper towels so why can’t you?
