I wasn’t happy with my blow dry yesterday. I asked for a curly blow with body and a curl and it was flat and straight. Might of been the products she used or too much hair in the brushes.

Really made me feel great, cut my hair into a new style, was very knowledgeable and really friendly. The staff in Knutsford are really nice and the receptionist is lovely.

Beautiful cut, and lovely subtle colour achieved by Georgia. Always pleased with the result. Additionally, she has such a lovely personality,. Wanting to add that the same can be said for the receptionist, Louise, who is always helpful and welcoming.

Charlie once again went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed in the salon. Charlie has a genuinely kind approach to her work and clients especially when suffering from very fine hair. Not only does Charlie truly understand the sensitivity but she explains everything in a way to make you feel like you have have some control over the situation. Without any hard sell Charlie has supported me with making the best decisions and that includes which salon products to use and how to use them. I feel like Charlie knows me and my hair better than I do! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Charlie is an absolute credit to the salon. I don’t think she realises just how great she is because it comes so naturally to her.

Charlie always does a fabulous job on my colour and cut, and I leave the salon feeling like a million dollars. I am surprised that since covid restrictions have been lifted I am still expected to bring my own reusable gown and the use of disposable towels which does not prevent the water from making my clothes damp is disappointing. It doesn’t quite feel like the high-end experience I’m paying for.

Thrilled as always, David knows what I like and never disappoints, he happens to be a super nice guy to boot.
